I like the infrastructure of the college. The college is very airy and natural in the garden. The college is very green and environment friendly.

Dislikes

I dislike the toilet of the college. The washrooms are not hygienic at all.

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty is very Polite and they are very student oriented. The Faculty is highly qualified. The teaching technique of the teachers is very good. He understand very well and not just book teaching but Various modern ways of teaching is also used Term exams are taken very often to test the student's knowledge. The term exams are obviously difficult. But constant study with teachers help make it very easier.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 33000 per year

Placement Experience

From semester six, the students become eligible for campus placement. The companies that visit here are infosys cognizant.and many more. The students are given in on the basis of knowledge performance and the interview given. The averagepackage is 15000. Forty percent of students gets placed every year.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is 33500 a year. In the first year, the The fee is taken all at once, but from the second year. We are supposed to pay in every 6 months. These scholarships are given to the eligible students. There is nothing like jobs on campus with stipend available here.

Campus Life

A very famous animal fest ripples is held Every year in the month of december . It is a two day fest and inter college competitions are conducted. The books And journals Of every field are Available in the library. Animal sports are held in the month of january.

Admission

The eligibility of this course is very simple. You have to secure sixty percent marks in your 12th From a recognized institution. The application form fee is 500. There are no reservation benefits. The admission process is very easy and simple and quick to do.

SXC is an old pedigree!

Placement Experience:

Companies of all domains like the Asian Paints, EY, Nestle and HDFC Bank among all of them come to SXC. Biggest placements so far has been of 20 lakhs or so when one of the student was placedat such a package in 2024.

Placement Experience:

There is a placement cell club which functions in the college itself which is efficient in providing over 67 to 98% of students with placements. This percentage can vary for different years and different courses. The college has been successful in attracting top recruiters like deloitte, wipro, TCS, and leader companies from various other sectors. Packages vary significantly from 4 to 6 LPA up to 24LPA. After getting my degree i am planning to first make sure that i have completed my CA course that i am pursuing alongside. And then going ahead with either a job outside kolkata or open a business in kolkata itself.

Having fun at St. Xavier's

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum aligns well with the professional courses like CA and CMA. it has a lot of classes like value added course, modern indian language etc. which help us grow overall. The seminars are very helpful. We submit presentations on rela world topics which prepare us beyond the clasroom. It could be improved to reduce the excess theory portions. The frequency and timing is wonderful.
