Remarks

Our college is nice is the students can feel better in the campus and extra curricular activities are also been appriciated. Infrastructure is nice and the construction process is going on all day.

Entrance Preview

I got seat in this college from kcet entrance test. My ranking is 5000 and I got seat under GMR quota. First we have to verify our documents in cet cell and then select the seat online.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our college is a autonomous college. So the course is good and is up-to-date to the external technical world. We learn the things with practical application by doing industrial visit, internship etc. Research committee also exist in our college.

Internships Opportunities

Internship is mandatory for all the students. The college will influence students to do internship in different companies by issuing permission letters. We will get industrial exposure so that we will be technically strong.

Placement Experience

Our college is known for placements. Companies like Accenture Wipro Infotech hp l&t Mahindra holidays visits for recruitment. Almost all the students get placed in different companies. Average package is about 3 lpa

Fee Structure And Facilities

Our fee structure is good and is reasonable for our batch. 45000 is the CET fees and 20000 is the college fees which will reduce as we move on the the higher semisters.

Fees and Financial Aid

We will receive scholarship from government also. Other eligible students will get alumni scholarship.

Faculty

Faculty are well educated and are knowledgeable. All the faculty members of our department are PhD holders and most of them are authors for vtu. They are very much interactive and are responsive outside the class also.

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

From the 6th and 7th semester students are eligible gor campus placements. Students are asked to apply for the campus placements from the career development department of the college according to the marks. Some companies visited are like jspider, qspider, Xworkz, kodnest, Infosys, 3 q sutantra, toyota, triveni,idea infinity,edgeverve, eton ,dfm technology, tata elaxi, enventure and many more. And highest package in 8 to 12 LPA. The students are placed according to the companies requiments min 20 students are placed outof 50 students My plan is to get a good, high paying job after completing my graduation.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.
