Course Curriculum Overview

The course Curriculum & faculty members are very good and well behaved I choose this course because I wanted to do something in commerce like banking . The teacher are very good and they gave us extra class if we not understand anything the term exams was conduct timely and if you study good you will pass easily.

Class Size: 1000Course Fees: INR 5770 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is 5770 in yearly and in 6 months after Every semester you have to pay 510 Rs . It is easily to get scholarship if your score is above 60% you'll get scholarship easily Yes they provide every campus jobs...

Campus Life

There are many books present in the library class..Anyone can get the books easily....Classrooms are very clean ..The college conducts annual sports every year...The senior are very polite...The college also conducts freshers party...

Admission

The admission process was really good. Anyone who has got 60% in 12 boards can easily get admission here. The admission form can be found on the college's official website. The fees of the college are 5,770 per year. Anyone who is lower caste can easily get admission at 50% also.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. The exams were conducted very soon in few semester only giving 3 months for the students to prepare . the professors were good at teaching and somehow used to complete the syllabus

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

Placement Experience:

At our college placements are good and many core companies or finance and IT are here for placements and intenrships as well. Average placements from what I have checked is around 4-5 lakhs per year for B.Com (Hons) students.

SAJC - From The Eye of a Student.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is of course outdated. Teaching methods are old. No case studies, competitions or project of any sort is there in the curriculum. Although a project of 100 marks is there in the final sem, but I don't think that's enough. There is no practicality in the curriculum and usability in career. The syllabus really needs an uplifment.
