Course Curriculum Overview
Microbiology is an intriguing subject to me. And I wanted to study more about it. The 3 year course offered here was both exciting and economic for my needs. The faculty contains of well educated and helful faculty members ready to help the students. The faculty student ratio is good enough to ensure that each student receives attention both during theoretical and practical classes. Year exams occures once at the end of each year. Apart from that only one term exam was held per year .
Fees and Financial Aid
Few structure was approximately 30000 per year with additional charges for B. Sc university exams. Apart from that the fee hike was minimal and not extensive. I did not have any scholarship financial assistance or campus jobs in college.
Campus Life
The annual fest conducted in the college is Nexus held once a year during about the end of the year. Lots of books and journals are available in the college library including limited publications as well specially of my subject. Classes have proper amenities including lighting, benches, chalkboard etc. The labs also have all instrumentation and amenities required for the practicals. The college boasts of a large ground were a lot of sport events are conducted and are played most common being cricket football, badminton. The student council and many smal social groups also exist in the campus.
Admission
Eligibility of the course is based on class 12th percentile putting emphasis on marks scored in science and maths. People who have passed 10 +2 higher secondary exams with science stream can apply. Application form, fee structure and application dates are available on the colleges official website. Also calling the college's office at working hours may work. The admission process can be more transparent and better communication regarding queries during application form filling can also be helpful.
