- Faculty was good in my college specially the principal maam.
- Infrastructure and courses were good in the college. So many streams were available in the college.
Dislikes
- College campus was not less than a haunted place. Their was no such space to sit and hang out with friends. A classroom was their for the students to hand out that was always occupied with the Union students and spitted in every walls. Very dirty.
- No placements were given to the students. This facility should be added to the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum was 1+1+1. And faculty was very good in the college. And very helpful too. The teachers were very lenient and polite. And my favourite tearcher was economics teacher. He use to explain the topics so well. And I got supply in 1 subject and I remember I went to my principle maam and I requested her to half my supply charge while submitting my supply form as I was not financially strong. And she was so polite and kind hearted she deducted 50? of my supply fee. And asked me to work hard.
Fees and Financial Aid
As I was in B.com general (accountancy and finance) our fees was ?60 per month excluding registration fee of exams. And B.com (honrs) was ?70 per month. Fees structure was reasonable so that every people can afford to study in that college. But if someone can't afford but good in studies they would get the special benifits. I think some activies should be included in the college like gym, karate for girls etc. And no unions in the college.
Campus Life
Life at the campus was boring for me because communication in the college was very bad. We had to check the latest announcement in the notice board everyday. I wanted to perform in the socials but union members never let anyone know about the news. I would rate library 4 out of 10 as it was so so. Only NCC was available. And no extra curriculum was their in the campus, this was the worst part of the college which made my college life boring.
Admission
I was very excited as my college life was about to start. I use to think that the college life is very exciting. But, when I came to my college life phase, then I realize, it's not that easy what I was expecting. Firstly, I went to my school and took bundles of photocopies of my documents and get it attested. Visited thrice to get the copies attested by school. But, the game was not over yet. Then we started hopping to the colleges, in some colleges admission were still closed. And in some they don't even talk, they chased us away and asked to apply online. And in some we collected form by standing in a queue for 5-6 hrs. And then visiting again n again to check the lists. And finally I got my name in Maharani Kasiswari college. Then in a big classroom we were directed to fill the form and after that standing for 2 hrs submitted my form in office and again standing in a queue for 3-4 hrs in a bank to deposit my admission fee. Waiting in a queue and carring hard copiesshould be solved.
