Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because civil is very demanding in our state. Faculties are very experienced and have a very friendly nature and all are very highly qualified.our term exam held in every 6 month and the exams are conducted very strictly in AEC.

Class Size: 83Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Little bit high fees than the previous year.I was applicable for ishan Uday scholrship ,if I get the scholrship it would be very helpful for my studies. Placement is also very nice in AEC, one with 7.6 CGPA can easily get a job.

Campus Life

The campus library is well-equipped, offering a collection of books and journals to support academic pursuits. It serves as a valuable resource for students Classrooms at Assam Engineering College are equipped with modern amenities, providing a conducive environment for learning.

Admission

To get in the college we should give one entrance exam CEE. Student whose rank is below 1000 (sc,st) can get into this college. Although admission process was very nice you should not face any problem and the faculties are also very friendly

Placement Experience:

Placements at IIT Guwahati are excellent especially in the tech field ,with high placement rates and strong average packages generally Rs 30 lakh per annum. Top companies regularly visit the campus. After completing the course if i do not get placed on campus which is hardly possible i'll look for other off campus placements.

Placement Experience:

The placement is quite good in my college. In 7 th semester the placements start and the package goes from 16lpa to 2 cr . About 75 percent student who applied got placed . I want to work in a software firm.

The placement of Assam engineering College is average as compared to the other colleges like iit and not. Aec gives placement around 20-24 lakhs and many company parts in the placement cell and many of the students get their dream job

Placement Experience:

Students normally appear for placements in fourth year with two placement seasons namely from december to january and february to march. Companies include quant companies and tech giants like JPMC, Reliance Industries, WellsFargo,Piramal, Standard Chartered,Texas Instrumentation, walmart, Microsoft, Amazon, Deloitte,Oracle, HCL, Barclays, Tata steel, uber, legato, Mastercard, Nutanix, BPCL, BEL,PWC, Socgen, etc. Almost 80% students get placed every year with the average package ?1,60,000. The highest package was 1.68 crore per annum from the branch of Computer Science.

Placement Experience:

only fourth year students are eligible for campus placements . the detalis of the visiting compaies are not thte sure but at least 10 stuents are placed each year from every single batch. the higest so far was 20 lpa and it was in amazon , the student who cracked that placement applied it off campus . on campus placement was not more than 10 lpa so far . the percentage of students getting placemnets are less than 50% not because of quality of placement but majority stuents opt for higher studies or goverment jobs rather than direct placement . my paln is to also pursue higher education
