I like the environment of college like it is between the trees so mind are fresh for studying

Dislikes

Bus facility are very poor. Buses run only two times . Two bus are allowed in mid day inlly
Managing of faculty are poor. Some time teacher are not available for teaching
Fees issue are their as 100 rupees fine for one day.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course as i want to become developer. 1/200 is the faculty student ratio. Exam conduct on time. Students need to give all examination to get the degree. Exam held three times per semester, two are internal examination of 50 marks and one is of 100 marks

Generally their is no company came in college for internship but teacher give the internship opportunity by referring them in some company. Ultimately students need to go the company office for Personal interview.

Placement Experience

From last year of course students are allowed to sit in placement. Their is no big company came at my time but small company came. I got placed in one of the company through the college. The percentage ratio is not much like 1/10.

Fees and Financial Aid

Now the fees increase by 30 thousand as it become University, at my time it was not University so my fees is just 120000. Uttrakhand's students get scholarship of fixed percent. Those students who have good percentage get scholarship on their percentage. Those who are come from poor family, this college is not good.

Campus Life

Annually their is a fest called pinak which is of 3 days. Two nights are cultural and one night is of stars where many stars came for performance. Classroom are of different strength some are big some are small. Sport conduct annually.

Admission

For admission in btech students should be of science stream with maths. Application fill online or offline. Uttrakhand students get extra benefits and scholarships are for students who got good percentage.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The main aspects that motivates me to choose this college is the GFTI'S colleges . Because my father suggest me that govt. Colleges seeks more companies that's why I choose this college . But truth is totally opposite from the reality. Real world application based projects is just given by the teachers in every semester but we students copy it and give it to them from the gpt. College timing should be more less we have to study from 10 am to 5 p.m. Timings of exams are of 3 hrs only in semester . Difficulty level is moderate.

Graduation- Best time of life.

Placement Experience:

In final year of btech companies start coming. Maximum students of CSE and IT get placed. Package is min. 3.2Lacs CTC. Both mass recruiters and startups take part in the placement drive. A good number of students get placed. But maximum students of our college opt for higher studies like appearing for GATE, GRE, CAT exams. Further students indulge in preparation for govt services like UPSC, Defence.

GKV Honest Review

Course Curriculum Overview:

Faculty Student Ratio is very Poor approx 1:90. Only Two Faculty is PHD Holder in CSE department. I choose this college because low rank. Peer Group is not good. Exams were taken timely, paper is bit difficult.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement after 5th semester. Many companies visit to the campus for placement of students and hire them at good packages. The highest placement is of 84 LPA and the average package is around 5LPA. 96% of students got placed in companies.

Remarks:

Some faculty are there to taunt students not to study. They only know how to push down and demoralize anyone. One thing I didnt unferstand why faculty play politics in college rather than teaching students.
