Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty members are biased but everyone is sweet and they clear our queries and focuses on student. We have mid term and end term examinations. For end sem we are alloted different centers. Mid term is easy to pass

Internships Opportunities

I am still in 1st year but our syllabus includes internships, last sem is only about internship and you can find it on your own if you're interested in internships before 5th year, but the college won't give you attendance for internships

Fees and Financial Aid

the fees for one year is around 1 lakh 10 thousand and I am in hostel so for hostel it's 63 thousand for 10 months. And this is for first year, from second year it's 53 thousand . 10k is the security deposit.

Campus Life

It's in Janakpuri ,west Delhi this area is quite nice and a Porsche area. We have sever cafes on walking distance. And if you want to live here then also it is the best, basic facilities like hospital,super markets,transport everything is available in this area only

Hostel Facilities

Mess charges are separate. And the food is eatable (obviously mess ka khana will not be excellent) the curfew time is very strict here. For girls it's 7 in the evening. Hostel is very biased on the baises of gender

Admission

I am still in first year so not sure about the placements. I am currently pursuing BA LLB (hons) and I took admission through CLAT,you just have to fill the form of ipu university. Ah yes maharaja Surajmal is affiliated to guru Gobind Indraprastha university. Law was introduced last year only so there's only one batch senior to us. They are trying to improve and the faculty is good. We have several debates and MUN, recently they took us to BHU for MUN. Id rate it 8/10 in academics. But it totally feels like school here,we legit have ptms lmao and they do not even take us to any trips,everything is unofficial here. 75% attendance is compulsory,they call our parents for low attendance.

Ideal Institute is best in all aspects!!

Placement Experience:

At our college to get the PPO is the best way as college hardly has placements opportunities to be honest. Most law colleges though face this issue as placement for law college happens only at top NLUs and all.

Idea Institute is an Insurance for Legal Studies!!

Placement Experience:

Highest package was of 12 lakhs which was offered by Trilegap to one of our students and it was because she herself earned PPO by interning with them for four months. College placements aren't that good as not many lawyers or law firms come to our college for placements.

Placement Experience:

Not many as Arbitration lawyers and some law chambers which are a prominent name have approached our college to send some students for interview. So, I think PPO is the best way to find placements for students studying law.

Placement Experience:

At our college placements begin from 4th year end as fifth year we just have two subjects to follow and it's all placements activity that rules. Our of a batch of 100 students around 60 do get placed from Ideal Institute every year.

IIMT & School of Law is the best place for legal studies!!

Placement Experience:

Many litigation firms and corporate firms and even institutes which needs associate or young professors come to our college for placements. PPO is what most students get through intenrship and otherwise the next best option is find it ourself as college placements apart for a few are not so great.

IIMT & School of Law is an amazing place to study!!

Placement Experience:

Packages aren't as high as NLUs or the other colleges as we hardly get paid but experience is everything in law and we are given placements to experience lawyers and their houses of law. At max 20-30k a month is what we are offered from college placements.

IIMT & School of Law is excellent for Legal Studies!!

Placement Experience:

Only 30-40 percent studnets get placed at a salary of some 30-40k as conversion ratio of actual placement is quite low here. We get enough help and assistance but actually only a few manages to. For those who does well in internships gets a direct PPO as our college is a cult name when it comes to legal studies.

I applied for Maharaja Surajmal Institute as it's known as the SRCC of GGSIPU and it has the highest placement packages in comparison to any other Colleges of GGSIPU and it is ranked the top college of GGSIPU so I opted for admission here and no I didn't get rejected from any universities I got admitted to the one I wanted it's just that you require alot of patience and need to be active about the admission forms being out and all. To get admission in the BBA program at Maharaja Surajmal Institute, a student must have completed their 12th standard or equivalent from a recognized board with at least 50% marks, with English as one of the core, elective, or functional subjects. Admission is primarily conducted through the IPU CET exam held by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. However, students can also be admitted through CUET if their name appears in the merit list and their rank is below 500. Based on the CET or CUET rank, candidates are called for counseling where seats are allotted. Overall, the eligibility and admission process are quite transparent and ensure that deserving students with strong academic backgrounds get a fair chance to join the program....Read More
