Likes
- Both management and law colleges are interlinked and for events both the department work in tandem.
- Our course is tough as GSSIPU is tougher than DU and that's what makes it more competence than others.
- Skillset development program is done by our placements cell and therefore from second year and that includes speaking and reasoning abilities.
Dislikes
- Definitely the campus size as it's one of the most tiniest campuses of Delhi.
Course Curriculum Overview
Law was like more intended out of necessity as almost every other professional is there in our family but lawyer. So, i decided that I should pursue it as our family needs one. I have therefore chosen family law as one of the subjects because it is indeed where I feel my expertise are.
Internships Opportunities
Lawyers of all courts send their requirements every month and our college send us likewise. 90% of the Internships are without any stipend only 2 our of 10 are enrolled with paid stipend. I am into third year and hopefully from fourth year onwards we might get paid roles.
Placement Experience
Not many companies or the large corporate but distinct lawyers send their requirements for intenrs and jobs too. Freshers are in demand and this is why Studnets from our college find themselves placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
IIMT & School of Law has both management and Law courses and it an anonymous private college and still charges us just a shade over 1 lakhs as fees per year. Mostly Delhi students study here and so there is no hostels and college fees is all thag we have to pay.
Campus Life
Gyan Manthan as in law college fests means competition and we have numerous of them at our college every year. We can organise them as students committe hold the charge for most things here. I am also heading the debate society and i organize debate competitions twice every year.
Admission
I applied at many colleges to be honest as this was not my first choice. I didn't even considered our college at first but I am happy that I chose this as academics and all and even placements are excelyar our college. Management seats are there and so are seats on merit which are granted on the basis of IPU CET.
Faculty
Our college has faculties which are like gifted personalities. So their teaching looks like mauic to my ears because even 45-50 mins of lectures look so enduring that we never feel like getting a break inbetween. Still if I can name one professor whom I can call the best it would be then none other than Deep Das Sir.
Night Life
Well Night life is not meant for our college as it's ok Kakarduma Court area and therefore that is always full of bustle in day time but at evening the road looks empty and even the nearest metro Kakarduma Court is one where no rush at metro and we get the metro back home easily.
