Tution fee is slightly more as per my point of view.
College distance from my temporary residence as hostel is under construction.

I chose this course because I'm quite good in Sanskrit and study it with interest. Faculty members of my course in Hindu College are excellent and there is 30 students in my course. This institute is 125 years old with qualified teachers with experience. Every year 2 semester exams are conducted.

As I am a student of 1at year I'm not aware aware of internship opportunities available in my college. But I am sure there are opportunities as there are societies or placement cells which are concerned with the same.

Placement Experience

Students avail placements after 3rd year in college according to their merit and intellect. Students studying in this college avail placements of average 600000 per annum. My plan after this degree is to prepare for competitive exams.

Fees and Financial Aid

My college tution fee is 25300 per year for my course, particularly no idea about fees hikes policy and As per my knowledge there are some scholarship programmes but I don't avail them. I am not involved in any job work.

Campus Life

There are many fest conducted in the college. Best fest conducted annually is meca fest, best fest among colleges in DU. Apart from this there are many more fests in luding Diwali mela. There is well equipped facilities for sports as well ranging from cricket to football and many more. There are several societies run by students.

Admission

To take admission in Hindu College under University of Delhi one must be 12th passed with more than 40% marks. Then there is entrance exam, CUET which one must pass with justified score as per required with required subject combination. As Hindu College is prestigious institute so it's cutoff is also high, so one must prepare accordingly. Application form for mentioned entrance exam will be available on samarth.cuet.in.

A Students Life at the Delhi University as a Working Professional.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate the course at Delhi Univeristy 8 out of 10. As a student, I'm receiving offline study materials via the post, however, you have to pay around 500 rupees for the books and notes when filling the fees every year.

Very good curriculum- focus on practical approach rather than theories. The relevancy is great for sure. As a students of economics majors I am greatly satisfied with the curriculum here. People with other subjects like Political Science and History are also often offered educational trips

This course curriculum includes learning across 2 feilds like i have economics and maths and later we can continue 4th year to get hons degree . Honestly, i would rate the course curriculum 8/10 in terms of relevance and comprehensive. At first I wanted B. Com but then one of my Aunt inspired me to take Economics hons instead . It provides a solid foundation for practical applications by blending the theoretical concepts for the real world applications

Just an Honest Review of SRCC, DU, Hostel, Delhi...

Placement Experience:

The placements of Shri Ram College of Commerce are one the highest in Delhi Univerisity. For the session 2023-23, the highest package was 35 lpa, average package was 10.15 lpa, median package was 8 lpa and the gross placement value was 51.6 crore. There were more than 100 recruiters from more than 15 sectors, including McKinsey & Co., BCG, Bain & Co., Kearny, Accenture, Delloite, JP Morgan & Co., etc. with more than 500 offers. The Placement Cell also launched an initiative of assissting people with special abilities to secure placements and interships. As of now, I have not settled to what I am going to do after graduation.

Overview of my College.

I applied for Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and central university of Rajasthan(CURAJ) other than delhi university. I got confirmed admissions in all these three universities but I chose to continue with delhi university and Hansraj College. I didn't got any rejectiona from any toher collegea and universities that I applied for. So it's a good thing. The admission process to get in here is as follows:- 1) Clear the cutoff for you course and university by giving the CUET-UG exams for undergraduate courses. 2) Go into the counselling process and select your desired courses and college or university. 3) Depending on your socre that you obtained in CUET UG exam you will be allotted the college and course. If you wish to change you can opt for the counselling in the other rounds as well. As there are multiple rounds of counselling are conducted. My overall admission process was vey smooth without any major issues. Just trust yourself and you will land in best colleges of the country....Read More
