Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I am interested in Coding and Development. Some faculties of college are good and some are bad but overall you have to study by yourself if you want good package in Placement. The Gender Ratio is very very poor in USICT. The faculties are qualified and they teach on the board. There were two Minor Exams I gave and Practical Exams and my End Semester Exam is starting from January.

Internships Opportunities

I am studying in USICT, GGSIPU Dwarka in 1st Semester so I can't tell you much about Internship opportunities as College provides Internship to 3rd Year Students. Currently I am learning C Language by College and DSA ( Data Structures and Algorithms ) in C ++ by myself.

Placement Experience

Placements of 2022 were very good but in 2023 Placements have gone down. In 2022 highest package was 45 LPA which was offered to 1 Student by Adobe . The average package was 12 LPA but this year Average Package is 9 LPA and highest package is 23 LPA. Companies like Rapido, Amazon, Adobe , Infosys and some other companies visit here. TCS is mass recruiter. USICT provides internship to students in 3rd year and students get placement in 4th year. My plan is to get a very good Job great package in MNC.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am 1st Year B.Tech IT Student in USICT and the fees of 1st Year is 132000 and reduces to 120000 from 2nd Year. Merit cum scholarship is provided to students but this is not for 1st year students. If you belong to EWS Category and your family income is less there is scholarship for that also.

Campus Life

The annual fest of USICT,GGSIPU is Anugoonj and it is conducted in February. The Library of the college is very good where you can find all types of Books related to your syllabus and for other courses also.Previous Paper Question Papers are also available in Library. Sports facilities are also good Cricket Football Volleyball Table Tennis Badminton Basketball

Admission

I got admission in USICT B.Tech IT Course through GGSIPU Counseling. You can register for counselling on the official website of GGSIPU. There were 3 Rounds of counselling and later Spot Rounds. I got seat of USICT in Spot Round 1. I got seat on the basis of Rank in JEE Main.

Overview of DTU

Placement Experience:

Students are available to get placed starting sem 7, the placements of my college are great, it's fairly easy to get placed, most students get placed by the end of sem 8, Companies like Adobe, Google, Microsoft, Amazon come to our college, the highest placed student this year was 80 lakhs, all the companies mentioned above took atleast 4-10, students. Around 80% students are placed for sure, My plans after getting the degree is to become a content creator whole doing my job, trying to balance everything, also i have plans to start my own business

Placement Experience:

Placement offers are not that good, like if you're pursuing other courses than btech so the placement is good but in btech, tech companies don't come that often, so you have to develop your skills during your academics and apply offline for job.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Currently what a job require and what we are being taught in the college, totally different. We have to study separately for preparing job because in our course curriculum, importance skills aren't taught and the frequency of exam throughout the year is too much. We don't get enough time for preparing jobs. We need less frequency of exams throughout the year so that we can prepare for a job.

Life and learning at ADGIPS

Course Curriculum Overview:

industry relevent topics like ai , python , oops, numpy ,pandas, sql , etc with balance with theory and also with maths good for job readliness in tech role because of sql , pandas and machine learnig like laguages in collage teachers are still using old studioes for programming they are not switching to vs studio and jupyter notebook like studios papers are moderate but they are too frequent like 2 mid tearm with externam practical and then end term and center of exams some time placed at very far place which is not good

DTU- a glimpse

Placement Experience:

The campus placements starts from the beginning of the 7th semester. The stats of the top-branches is quite good, more the 80 percent students who applied for the placements get offers. The major tech-companies like Google, Microsoft ,Amazon, Uber,SalesForces,Meesho etc visits for the campus placement. The highest package offered till now is 1.84CR by the amazon ireland, the avg package of the tech branches lies between 18-20lpa. overall 75-85 students get placed.

I applied to JOSAA counselling for NITs/IIITs but did not get tech branches in those colleges,. I also applied for JAC Delhi counselling for DTU,NSUT,IIITD but did not get desired seat and branch. The admission process is entirely based on the NIMCET entrance exam. One should achieve a good rank in the NIMCET entrance exam in order to get admission to this college. The eligibility for getting admission in MCA is that you should have math's or computer science in your bachelors and have got at least 55% marks in your bachelors.
