if you are not from the rich family . and you have talent the college is for you. and you should be able to self study. and best placement ratio as compared to any other colleges. and you are almost in a good job as there is more than 70% placement. only the thing isyou have to study of your own

i got admission via kcet.my rank was around 4 thousand, i opted uvce particularly because of its well reputation as well as the placements and as the fee structure is very low as compared to any other reputed colleges

engineering course curriculum in uvce is totally different from other engineering colleges present across the state. the college still follows old syllabus of 90s while other colleges have adopted new syllabus.this is one of

only thing is there is no internships actively available as much as i know there is no Internships provided by the college but the students can enroll themselves in clubs like IEEE and SAMPADA which is quite active in college and persue Internships.

the biggest reason to get admission in this college is placement. every year almost around 90 percent of students bag job opportunities from top companies like accenture, Microsoft wipro, Infosys and many more. some get dream placement offers upto 25 30 lakhs per annum. and almost 70 percent get a placement with a job offer ratio of 1:2..which is best we compared to any other college

both cultural and technical tests are conducted by the college administration. fest in university vishveshwaraya college of engineering is not as grand as in other prestigious engineering colleges but it's full of fun and enjoyment. ethical fest is also conducted by college and other new fests conducted

when compared to other prestigious engineering colleges. admission fees comes around twenty thousand and separate exam fees of around two thousand should be paid. schedule tribe and schedule caste students have seperate fees compensation from the government

In case of hostels, write about hostels rooms, if its sharing, in case hostel seats are few, write about PG's the average rentals which need to be paid in that case

like any engineering. college.. our college conducts two theory internals and one lab internals are conducted by the college, in which passing in lab internals is mandatory to pass the semester. the final examination is conducted by the date announced by Bangalore university

i took admission through 2a quota. procedures during admission is like other engineering colleges in karnataka. but the only thing is they make the procedures quite complicated n it seems little bit confusing as the college is governed by the government and its a puzzle to explore all the offices u need for the admission in time.
