Classrooms are very clean . Cricket ground is very nice
Library is so big. Many book are available there .
Rajpath which the starting path after entering into the college .

Dislikes

So many crows are their sound will be so disturbong.
Health centre is very far from the hostels .
Cricket is also very far from the college

Well qualified faculties are there in nitc. They will solve our doubts no matter how many times you ask them. Here in nitc we have marks for assessments mid sem and end sem examinations . And also for some subject we will be having tests also

Some students will get internships too in nitc. Many big companies also come to nitc Calicut to provide internships and placements. So there are plenty enough of opportunities in nit Calicut . So one can opt for this college withou any doubt.

Placements in nit Calicut are very nice. We will be having many opportunities. Many big companies like Google Amazon will also come to nitc. Many students opt for high studies too. My plan is to get into civil services after graduating from this college

Fee structure is very nominal in nit Calicut. Many scholarships are also available for the students who deserve them. Many big companies will also come to nit Calicut for placements. Many students will also get internships too

Various clubs are there in nit Calicut. Sports club , music clubs , dance clubs mime and street play teams . There will be two fest in a year. Tech fest thatva it is the largest tech fest in south india. And ragam is a musical fest

I passed 12th in 2022 . I took drop .After that I wrote jee mains I got enough rank to get into nitc . I got chemical engineering branch in nitc.after that in nit Calicut certificate verification done .

from semister 6 students become eligible for campus placements and companies loke bank of america , google microsoft etc visited for campus placements and the highest package is about 54 lakhs where as average is 11 lakhs and about 98% of the students are placed

Placement Experience:

The placement here is top notch. This year in my campus the highest CTC offered was 56.5lpa by PALOALTO. Placements process is centralised at coimbatore though. Students are eligible for campus placements from third year or s5. Average package in computing department ranges from 10-12lpa. My plans after degree is to pursue MS: opportunities of which are provided by the college itself. In computing department almost 90% of the students have been placed according to the seniors I talked to. However it is lower in other streams.

Placement Experience:

As of what i spoke to the seniors they said that AI students got better placements compared to Core students and the average package is around 9LPA for CSE branches students and 7LPA overall for all the branches and there is CIR foundation classes where they teach us how to improve our communication skills and How to create a resume right from first year itself according to seniors it is very helpfull

An aspiring first year student’s review

Placement Experience:

Civil engineering is a course with least placement in every engineering colleges. Students are placed during their fourth year in college. Sobha Constructions Ltd is one of the main companies that visits college. 200000rupees package is the average package offered. Les than 25 percent civil engineers get placed. I plan to prepare for GATE exam and pursue more in this course.

I have choosen this college because it is of top 5 NITs and i am getting a good branch. I have apllied for remaining top nits also, but i got this for my jee mains rank( i couldn't make to other top nits because may be of lack of good preperation for jee). When compared to remianing NITs, this college has everything that every other NIT also have, the sports facilities here can be improved. Life at NITC by Vimosh Kumar

I wanted to get into Mechanical Engineering in any of the top NIT's so applied for all the NIT's in the NIRF ranking order with mechanical in every college so after the counselling happened to get into NIT Calicut. The admission process is through JoSAA Counselling where students come to the college after getting alloted but before that the student needs to clear the JEE Main Exam to get admitted into the college. Accordind to NIRF rankings this is the top 27 Engineering college in India and top 3rd NIT. Admission process is only through JEE Mains Exam. You need very good percentile to join this college. Nit Calicut very good placements too....Read More
