Course Curriculum Overview

Actually semiconductor industry is booming in world and the demand of well skilled engineers is there that's why I opted for this course. Also from my childhood I am keen towards circuits and chips. Faculty: student ratio is good . Faculties are well qualified and teaching method is upto date. Exams are delayed and difficult is medium to hard.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Placement Experience

Placement is quite good. Placement percentage is around 85-90 percent . Samsung , Tata Stell,TCS,JSW , Asian Paints, Aditya Birla Group, Spider, Capgemini,L&T are major recruiters in our college. My plan is to join ISRO .

Fees and Financial Aid

Course fee is quite low and affordable. There is no hike since 2019. Scholarships are provided to needy students. Placement is improving year by year.Average placement is 6-7 lpa. Internship opportunities are quite low.

Campus Life

Life is chilled out and enjoyable. Books and journals are there in our college library. Classroom are well furnished and designed. There are various clubs and societies. Exams are conducted generally in December, January, March, August etc.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel are old but well equipped and all basic facilities are there. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Hostel fee is quite low and affordable. There are various hostels and shops around our hostel which is quite amazing.

Admission

To get admission in BIT SINDRI you have to clear jee main examination. I got to know about the admission foram and process from official site of JCECEB. Admission process starts from end of July and continues till August. It is a government college and different reservation quoats are there for different sections of society on caste , income and gender basis. Admission process is quite hectic and delayed. I think it can be improved.

BIT : A Freshman's Perspective

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to sit for placements from the 7th semester.A variety of companies including TATA Steel, JSL, JPL, Samsung, TCS and ABG visit the campus.The highest package offered is to Mining branch by vedanta which is 16.5 lpa.In core branches like mechanical and electrical the placement percentage reaches to almost 80%.

Beyond the Brochures: Fun Days at BIT

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of our college is quite active and provides internship opportunities and pre-placement offers for students in their third and fourth years. It invites reputed companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Accenture, IBM, Intel, Infosys, Cognizant, Deloitte, and many more. The average package is about 12LPA and highest package is about 52 LPA. Branches like CSE offer even higher, lucrative packges.

A Genuine Review

Placement Experience:

From 5th Semester onwards student are eligible for internship but from 7th semester they are allowed to sit in campus. Various companies like PayPal, Wipro , cognizant ,TCS ,Genpact ,Amdocs etc. Highest Package this year is 35 lpa and Average Package is around 7.5 lpa. Around 90% of students from circuital branch and around 80% students from non-circuital branch has been placed so far this year. My plan is prepare very smartly for campus placements and bag a very good PPO from are tech based company.

Students become eligible for internship after 4th semester , after 6th semester the companies start coming for regular placement For cse the average was around 20 lpa with median being 16-17 lpa Companies that generally visit are - atlassian, Amazon, flipkart , BNY Mellon, cisco, Texas Instruments etc Around 140 offers were made and in a batch of 120, 100 have secured placement Placement percentage is around 92% Highest package - 65 lpa atlassian (on campus) 1.23 cr rubrik (off campus) Lowest package - 7 lpa Average - 18 - 20 lpa

The Underrated NIAMT

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible after 6th semester for placement drive. Companies visited are Vedanta, JSW, Mahinda, L&T, Ashok Leyland etc and 95% of students are placed till and still few companies are yet to come. Heighest package offered was by Vedanta of 13.95LPA while lowest was from an ADC Company of 3LPA which makes the median package around 8LPA for metallurgy branch and 7LPA for Mechanical. Every year around 98% of students get placed ( Rest 2% either opt out or any seruius indisciplinary issue ) Planning to get a job first then along with preparation of GATE for PSU.

Is Arka jain University right fit for you

Placement Experience:

on every occasion they will charge the students, there is no good placement, every year they increase the exam fee, students are not regular its poor then government colleges just pay penalty and your attention will be full, its like correspondence course they are running huge but and regular power cuts unhealthy canteens, political motivated administration and management. There expenditure in infrastructure is huge which is best for love birds its like park or garden. Overall all not dedicated to education.

A two years review of Central University of Jharkhand

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculise fully designed on national education policy 2020. Focuses more on extracurricular activities than core subjects. Because reply is designed on the basis of UGC guidelines which is a good thing for different competitive exams that are design by UGC. I will say semesters are to short that all till now my all four semesters has been glitter in about 4 months each that should be of duration of 6 months.

BIT : A Freshman's Perspective

I could have gotten admitted in NIFFT Ranchi and by the 2k24 cut offs I could have gotten BIT mesra Chemical alonwith a plethora of colleges on AKTU or MPDTE counclling.I also qualifies CUET with a decent rank enough to secure a college in the DU south campus. The primary reason I chose this college was the Return on investment.Even withot any fees waiver the entire fee here is close to 4 lakhs for a span of 4 years which is very low compared to the average package of the college.Als the branch Mechanical has a decent scope in the GATE exams. First of all this college is only for the students of Jharkhand.If you wanna get admitted here and belong to the general category you need a percentile from 87 to 94.5.If you are from other categores the cutoff goes even lower.The admission process is quite simple.You fill a form which will ask you for a security deposit of 5000 on the jcece website.After this you will be eleigibke to do choice filling.You will be alloted a branch based of your rank and choice.Forgetting admission you will have to vsit the college annd submit all your documents.You can upgrade your branch in the later rounds.There are 3 rounds and 2 special rounds....Read More
