Library of BIT sindri is equipped in very good manner and has a wide range of books also apart from the academics, one can find very large section of self help books and various other genres.
Hostel Facilities
In first year, students get 4 seated rooms, rooms are large and spacious and properly ventillated. Hostels have lawn on iths entry and badminton as well as volleyball courts. Meal quality is decent in BIT sindri. The hostel fee is very affordable rupees 7500 yearly apart from this student have to pay rupees2500 for electricity, making hostels a very good residential place for students
Admission
BIT sindri, takes admission through jee mains , and with special counselling jcecb, student should have secured atleast 60 percent in intermediate and should have physics , chemistry, and maths with atleast one language. Student need to first opt for jee mains and after that register for jcecb counselling, 3 rounds of counselling is done to fill the seats and further spot round is conducted to fill the left over seats.
