Things at PUSA

I wanted to be a civil engineer from beginning because I have interest in knowing how structure get build. How it get transformed from paper to reality. Faculty and student ratio is quite satisfactory. Some of Faculty comes from UPSC with minimum qualification as B. Tech. Some of the teachers are fantastic in their field as well as in teaching. Exam are almost held on time and easy to pass.

Fees structure is as follow For 1st Semester :- 7500 2nd Semester:- 7500 3rd Semester:- 8250 4th semester:- 8250 5th semester:- 9075 6th semester:- 9075 Scholarship are provided to caste reservation students. Different companies like TATA project, L&T etc visit for job .

Life is at campus is good. Different clubs are also formed. Sports infrastructure is not good neither cultural program can be done with good infrastructure. One can face space related problems there as campus is too short. It doesn't have any proper play ground, library is too small and has been shut from last two months.hostel is not available. Water facilities is also not too good. These things has happened because of students got selected this time . Due to online exam many not deserving students come by passing exam thorough malpractice and they used to destroy things and ruined the infrastructural things.

Addmission process included CET with varification of details. One can register themselves at official website of DSEU " dseu.ac.in . After receiving the application no and ID they can sit in CET. Eligibility criteria:- They must have done 10th (atleast) Application fees:- 500 After getting result, selected candidates are asked to freeze their seat accordingly and give their course preference. I gave preferace for the diploma in civil engineering and froze my seat. After this process, official issue the names of students got their preferred seat in first round and aks other candidates to again freeze their seat if they want to go for second preference. At last spout round is being conducted. Once admission confirmed , they are asked to submit the fees of first semester and soon date of orientation program and initiation of 1 st semester is announced. Cutt off were quite High this time. For recognised college like Pusa campus, students above 1000 rank are likely to not get seat.
