Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course due to my keen interest in computers and algorithms. The student to faculty ratio is about 50:1 and tbh can be lmproved. The faculty are very well qualified although this term varies from the level of faculty we are talking about like professor to assistant professor and so on. The teaching methods are quite standardized and decently effective although most student prefer self study much more. The exams are held ina pretty standardized manner and hence are extremely well scheduled overall there are 2 exams in a semester and are held in a 2 month tine frame and are decently easy to pass.
Internships Opportunities
Various companies offer internship chances like sprinklr ,google ,facebook etc the various roles offered were mainly associated with tech roles mainly those of software developers and the average stipend offered is about 45000 and the highest is 200000 per month each Various projects provided to us are company dependent and so are their outcomes as in the nature of the companies required although the tasks provided are pretty associative wrt the role considered amd hence are pretty helpful.
Placement Experience
Campus placements can be availed after the 6th semester. A large number of companies from tech to non teach sector visited our campus including some big names like google,Factbook,tower research,ibm,microsoft and some others like jio,general electric and international companies like Palantir etc The highest package offered was 82.5 lacs from attlasian this year as a domestic package. And average package offered was 17 lacs The percentage of students placed was around 90 percent After getting a degree am planning on getting a good job and work hard for promotions
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee hike in my opinion are pretty reasonable although this opinion might vary as respect to various economic strata.The cost to study in objectivity might seem at the higher end although its pretty okay as compared to other respectable institutions. Few scholarships which are provided include the merit cun means scholarship wich are especially necessary considering the wide range of economic diversity seen across the campus and the criterias in my opinion are also pretty reasonable.
Campus Life
The annual fest held here is enhifest and its conducted in February. The books in our library varies from fiction to non fiction,our course books to other literary works to renowned journals and scientific papers. Amenities in our classroom include ac to proper lighting to proper seating facilities to projectors and proper ventilation. The sports facilities include various activities like cricket to football to basket ball ,volleyball,indoor sports like carrom,table tennis,badminton etc Various clubs are also present in our college like e cell,debating society,sports club,ai clubs ,dance clubs,hosting clubs etc
Admission
The eligibility for my course of computer science and engineering is 1) to have completed 12th standard with pcm atleast as the basic course and a cumulative percentage of 75 atleast which reduces wrt reservation categories. 2) to have secured a good enough rank in jee to get the desired course wrt the cutoff as provided by college authorities. The college applications are provided by the authorities which can be availed from college websites I would like to see a more digitalised process during the course of admission. Reservation once availed can be used to get any required course at a lower jee(mains) rank.
