Society culture is very good at Shaheed Bhagat Singh College
Timing of the college is very good as it has classes upto 3 because we have an evening college as well
Food in canteen is also very good and is affordable

Dislikes

College is very small as in its campus is small
Infrastructure was not that developed but now it's being developed at a very good pace

I chose this course as it has wide prospects after my graduation and whole pursuing B.com (hons) you can also pursue many profession Courses like CFA, CA etc. The teachers at Shaheed Bhagat Singh College are highly qualified and most have them have a doctorate.

Class Size: 68Course Fees: INR 12250 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee hike at Shaheed Bhagat Singh College was very minimal. My fees was 11750 in the 1st year it increased to 12250 in the 2nd year. We can see a hike of rs 500. I didn't apply for any scholarship or financial assistance but this college has very good opportunities for scholarships

Campus Life

Life at campus in Shaheed Bhagat Singh College is very fun. As the crowd are very jolly and this college has more than 50 societies and every society has its own annual fests. Society helps students to bond with each other while working upon themselves as well. They improve their skills as well

Admission

Course eligibility was that you should've maths or accounts which was compulsory for this course. Application form was all in the cuet samarth portal. In our time it was the 1st time that cuet was held so there were many things that could've been avoided. Like last minute date changes etc.

Overall College life experience.

Placement Experience:

After completing 4 semester you are eligible to sit into on-campus placements i.e. after completing your second year. Companies start to arrive in final year or pre final year of you're going for 4 year degree. Big 4 companies like Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PWC and other companies like accenture, zomato, airtel can be seen in placement season. Average package is 4-5 LPA ranging from college to college and depends individual skill set and practical experience. Highest could go upto 22LPA in our college. Half of the students gets placed during the season but not all. After competition of degree students can pursue various courses like CA, CS or praper for CAT/GMAT.

This college is not good enough for upgrading skill and knowledge.

Placement Experience:

SSNC have a placement cell which provides internship details and also shat company hiring details. 3rd and 4th semester students are eligible for internship Highest average package is approx 12 LPA and average price is approx 5LPA and actually I don't know which company give the highest and to whom.

Students get placements in the last semester before the last exams as per my knowledge the average package is 4 to 5 lpa and highest package was 15lpa . Not all the students get placed from the college only the one's with good skills and some experience about the work are chosen.

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.
