Course Curriculum Overview

1.5

I chose B.com Hons as it LPU provides far better items and teaching courses compared to other colleges. This course provides not only Capital arrangement and investments for free for your startups, but you will be getting 10000 rupees on 2nd semester where you will be exploited in the stock market where you will learn different types of markets and how to time it according to your needs by a proffesional day trader. Also you get international trips which are also only included in the bcom hons. package. Faculty members can be faulty at times . They don't give you the best support out there. Exams weren't that tough and they do have a proper time break for exams. Bcom hons is on its 3rd batch as of 2023 and ot has around 65 students.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

From the most reputed CA companies to business organizations. Overall higher than average standards for packages. Every year the mentor take the overall achievements from each students and the companies are easily impressed every year.

Placement Experience

3.5

This college gets tons of placement offers every week. Make sure to check out the college website. You can see more than a lot of students getting min 1 lakh packages every year from well-reputed companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees for this course amounts upto 120000 but by getting 1st category scholarship on LPUNEST, you can get the fees down by a whopping 52 percent. LPUNEST is the official scholarship test for gaining admissions. Other ways are also available like CUET.

Campus Life

2.5

Life at LPU should be the best of all as it promotes lifestyle and social activities rather than educational values. If you are here to just enjoy everyday life and not care about studies all day, jam at parties with friends, then LPU is the place. They have all kinds of parties and programmers, the best still stands out like coke studio, car show and other stuff like sunburn campus etc... They also have movie actors and singers come frequently. The DSW ( Division of Student Welfare) provides education of all things, be it sports, dance, instrument playing, acting , designing, event managanement, all for free.

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostel and Apartment facilities are provided both for boys and girls ranging from 4 seater to 1 seater. The best and suitable choice would be a 2 seater for 1,50,000 but if you want to stay with your friends, be sure to choose the 4 seater . The mess is not that good of a food. You do have other options because there are a lot of varieties of food courts available. Rooms are well maintained with cleaning every week and anytime you opt for it. You can just put a message on your RMS ( Relation ship management system) if you have any queries or want any assistance with your housekeeping. They will contact within 3 day at top.

Admission

Admission was easy online as easy as it is going to be offline. Admission office would be ready to assist everytime (Working Hours). You can apply for registration from their official website. There were minor bugs in the website but was fixed upon calling the Admission office

Course Curriculum Overview:

Firstly every course have different fee structure. As my course is BCOM so i think if you need to make some higher knowledge of commerce you should go for it because it can help you to make your overall basic knowledge good even if you don't related to commerce stream in 11th or 12th. the way of teaching in the collage is good but still some of the teachers don't have interest to teach their student in the better way. exam system in the collage is good and its difficuly level is moderate also its depend on the subject and point of view of the students

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for enrollment into campus placements in the 2nd semester . We have been enrolled into placement classess and we will be graduating in 2023. According to the stats we have around 800+companies for placements and avg pacakge offered is 5LPA. Currently, I am not into placement so talking about the top placements and the ratio of placements will be biased. But we have been provided with top notch facilities to help develop skills and crack interview. Top recruiters - delloit, kpmg, JpMorgan etc. short internships were provided to students in their first year and with ending of 2nd year we will be doing a full force internship.
