Remarks

The Admission process is very simple, we just have to give 10000 rs to book our seat in a selected course, and then after that, we are given the option for a scholarship test or wait for the 12th result to come. After that when the admission is confirmed a confirmation mail we receive that you have been successfully admitted to lpu. No, i had no such counseling day.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

I chose bcom hons because I'm from a commerce background and i like accounting and want to build my career in it. student ratio is quite acceptable and standard for which every student gets 1 on 1 attention in studies from every faculty. Besides of academics, every student is provided with a personal mentor who can handle all the queries difficulties regarding academics and nonacademics issues and relevant information. Every single faculty in our course is well qualified and helpful and knowledgeable. Besides teaching the theory they try to teach students in a more practical way so that every student grab that information and remembers it. This featured teaching method makes every student industry ready. Every Semester have 2 types of exams i.e. MTE(mid term examination) and ETE (end term examination) and 1 type of assessment projects . Semester exams are very easy after studying from such experienced teachers. Pass percentage is 33.33%

Internships Opportunities

5

LPU provides a huge number of internships opportunities to students in order to make the placement and job industry-ready. Many companies like the WNS foundation conducts training sessions for students which include spoken, analytical and technical skills. LPU itself also provides internships into the university campus with a stipend ranging from INR 4,500-10,000. Which is very great for students to manage their own expenses and to start becoming self dependent.

Placement Experience

5

The students become eligible for enrollment into campus placements in the 2nd semester . We have been enrolled into placement classess and we will be graduating in 2023. According to the stats we have around 800+companies for placements and avg pacakge offered is 5LPA. Currently, I am not into placement so talking about the top placements and the ratio of placements will be biased. But we have been provided with top notch facilities to help develop skills and crack interview. Top recruiters - delloit, kpmg, JpMorgan etc. short internships were provided to students in their first year and with ending of 2nd year we will be doing a full force internship.

Fees and Financial Aid

I got merit(12th board result) based scholarship , although i had given the scholarship test as well but from both the methods i got the same scholaraship i.e. 40%. as of now current covid situation the jobs aren't available yet but there are multiple job options in the offline mode for the students who want to earn pocket money along with the studies like lab attendant , library attendant, call center, and many more worker based jobs in university mall and stalls. Stipends are very attractive i.e. from 2500/month - 10K/month

Campus Life

4.5

As of now current covid situation the university is not conducting any offline events but there are many small events that are being conducted by student organizations in an online mode. But in pre covid era our university had many big events in offline mode like ONE INDIA, ON WORLD, EDM nights with many Bollywood music stars and many concerts. We have many celebrities visits every month like Ms Dhoni, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and many more. Every department building has its own library and there is one central library for the whole university. Every book can be found in that library. LPU has every sports game like cricket football and many Olympic-oriented games.

But i saw a chart of the placement being offered to previous batch studens higest placement was 11 lakh per annum, and lowest was 4 lak per annum For ore placements u have to work hard and score a good CGPA to be eligible for placements. Students get less placements here After completing my degree i plan to learn some soft or tchnical skills that will be helpful for me in future

Course Curriculum Overview:

Firstly every course have different fee structure. As my course is BCOM so i think if you need to make some higher knowledge of commerce you should go for it because it can help you to make your overall basic knowledge good even if you don't related to commerce stream in 11th or 12th. the way of teaching in the collage is good but still some of the teachers don't have interest to teach their student in the better way. exam system in the collage is good and its difficuly level is moderate also its depend on the subject and point of view of the students
