Course Curriculum Overview
I chose the Bachelor of technology from engineering physics due the interest in Physics.The students in one sectio of EP out of the two is 80-90. All teachers are qualified and we get to review and submit about them at the end of the semester.
Internships Opportunities
The internships are about to be offered as we are in third semester.Some of the opportunities provided are from startupX which was formely known as Skillop DTU. They are announcing the amazing growth of their web development and machine learning batches.They are here with ana naother amazing learning department of APP Development.
Placement Experience
As im currently in third semester therfore there is not much informtion i can provide about it.Although DTU has good placement records and more information about is can be gathered through the DTU brochure available on their site.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure of DTU is available on the DTU site in detail but usually the fee varies each year. The fees of first year in 2022 was 1.19 LPA without including the mess and hostel facilities.For second year it is 1.25LPA.
Campus Life
There are various annual and tech fests that go on in DTU.One of the biggest is engifest.They usually take place in early of the year.The availability of the library and the book journal is excellent in DTU.Their classrooms have various categories depending on the time they were built.
Hostel Facilities
The first year hostels are fixed and their no choice offered to the students.It have a flat like structure and you have share a flat with two guys.In second year there are chices between ac and non ac.
Admission
Admission to btech program is typically based on JEE Main exam.We need to secure sufficient percentile.The next step is the counselling round.It is primarily done online but the last round that is the spot round is an offline one. I got my seat in EP in the spot round from the general category. The application form and dates can be recieved from the site notifications of the respective institutes. If we want to avail reservation benefits then a valid Caste and Reservation certificate is neccesary. When going for document verifiacation we need to submit a demand draft of the said fee as per the brochure. If we are attending counselling round as the spot round then the seat allocation and the document verification is done on the same day.For each category the dates of the spot round is different. For example the counselling for DTU,NSUT,IIIT and IGDTUW is trough Jac counselling for which we will get a venue and timings for the spot round. Mainly for DTU,NSUT, IGDTUW the JEE mains rank.
