Life at NSUT

I choose CSE in NSUT because this course is the most demanding and gives highest package above all branches. Avg CSE package in NSUT is 20-24 LPA. Faculty is good enough. Each class has 120 students, it was very less last year but now there are 2 sections of CSE containing 120 students each. Faculty is average quality, at the end of the day you have to study yourself. Exams are easy to pass both mid term and end term

i haven't yet applied for the internships here but as heard from the seniors, very big companies provide tech opportunities for students. Also, option of studying and working abroad is provided here..

Both internship and placements are provided at NSUT. Students can apply for internships in the third year and placements are for 4th year students. Big companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, etc provide placement opportunities.

Fees per year is about 2.2 lakhs. Cost of study is expensive enough, but worth investing money because of the package. Also there are scholarship opportunities based on academics and jee rank. Financial assistance is provided to economically weaker students.

One of the biggest fest in NSUT is Moksha which is held every year. This is the biggest cultural fest of NSUT and its worth the hype! ANother fest Resonanz is also very exciting. Moksha is conducted around march to april every year and resonanz is conducted around october to november every year. Library is excellent, you can find all types of books here. Classroom are very well built. Sports facilitues are decent and societies are very nice

Admission was based on JEE Mains Rank. For general category, cutoff rank was about 10k for boys and upto 15k for girls in CSE Minimum percentile needed for jee mains if you belong to general category is 95 percentile, also Students who live in Delhi have state quota fir admission in NSUT
