Course Curriculum Overview
I have a huge interest in tech field thats why i have opted for it branch. In my college there are decent teachers, some are very good some are average and some are not good. There is one teacher for 73 students. All the teachers are phd and the exams in our college of moderate level but someting checking is difficult
Internships Opportunities
Companies like DE shaw come for internships and give stipend of 30k per month. More companies like pw amazon also comes. Not that big companies in bulk come here for internships but some companies do come
Placement Experience
From 5th sem students can apply for internships and from 7th or 8th sem we can apply for placements. Although due to recession placements of this year are not that good avg package reduced to 7-8 Lpa. Almost 90 percent student gets placed. I am deciding to do a job as software developer after my course
Fees and Financial Aid
Considering btech the fees of my college is very affordable . Only 1 lakh 30k for 1 year which is very affordable if we compare to other btech colleges even dtu nsut have higher fees. And there are schlorship for students who are sc st and having income less than 5 lpa
Campus Life
Campus is decent not as good as dtu nsut but better compared to other ipu colleges. The annual fest of our college is anigoonj which js conducted in febru. And library is very good almost all type of books are there. Sports facilities are also decent we have cricket ground, basketball ball court and table tennis court etc. lots of societies are there like ieee, acm, enactus etc
Admission
I got admission through Jee mains exam . Then i have to apply for ggsipu counselling. Then according to the rank in jee mains we get the college and branch . The cutoff for my branch in my college was near around 45k in Jee mains(general category)
