Course Curriculum Overview

Course is great. Lots of flexibility with time table and minor options. The professors are decent but done have an innate motivation to particularly teach. Grading is relatively difficult and average GPA also might be lower comparative to IITs

Class Size: 192Course Fees: INR 600000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee increases by 7.5 percent every year. Education is relatively expensive. Scholarships can be gained but they are not easy to achieve. Competition is to a decent degree hence average package is pretty good too.

Campus Life

4.5

3 majors fests a year. Arena for sports, Pearl for Cultural and Atmos for Technical. Sports facilities close to best in the country. Classroom well air conditioned and clean. No inconvenience whatsoever.

Admission

Gave BITSAT. Post which BITSAT counseling was done. Got Pilani Campus ECE by the final round. Rounds were long and there was no reservation. Only issue was there was no normalisation in the different sessions that lead to disparity in performances

Almost all students get placed on campus placement as college being really good companies and plus , plus as my plan i am working on my startup and I want to get placement from the collage but I also want to continue with my startup

Placement Experience:

Placements are good and almost all the students who have applied for the placements have got atleast one offer. Although, at first the salary is low but as experience increases the salary will increase in these companies

Very bad campus and campus life whole campus is jungle with very bad smell of sewage near boys hostel.very bad events low quality for campus life too many bugs during rainy weather Library is goated you can find almost every book required for you All clubs here are ran by bunch of clowns dont join any of them

The college provides dedicated placement training to students before the beginning of the placement session. Every student gets a job weather it is in a lower package. The no of companies visited last year is around 15.

About The Life in CIT COLLEGE

Placement Experience:

The Highest placement ratio of this college is in civil engineering branch. Many companies are come and they are give apportunity to there students for do work with him. The college Faculty is also prepare you, if you want to do competition exam like GATE, SSC JE etc.

The exposure given for finance and Entreprenurship in BITS Pilani is well over what an average engineering college might provide you . They offer a minor option using which one can sit in finance placements with companies like UBS Deutsche Bank , Jane Street and many more .The admission process for BITS includes the BITSAT exam which is an MCQ based exam . Honest BITS Pilani (Pilani Campus) Review

I chose BITS Pilani over other colleges due to its academic flexibilitym vibrant culture, zero reservation and merit based admission process. I had confirmed admissions from other colleges such as DTU but I opted for BITS primarily because of it Practice School program and the autonomy it offers in shaping your academic journey. The admission process is through the BITSAT exam, an online test includes Physics, Chemistry and Maths and English and Logical Reasoning. There is no reservation policy. I had applied for BIT Mesra, Ranchi, CS through JOSSA. As BITS Pilani provides much more opportunities than it and also the peer group is competitive and better, so I decided to join BITS Pilani, CS.
