Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course to study Civil Engineering because I like infrastructure development. Faculties provide high support for students and help them achieve good marks. They are highly qualified teachers from NITs.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 35000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Many internship opportunities are provided for civil students. Separate industrial visits to nearby dams and construction sites help students to understand well about their course. Projects are started in the third and final year as minor and major projects respectively.

Placement Experience

There is an active placement cell in our college mainly managed by students. Some teachers also guide them. The students are eligible from the third year for placement opportunities. Many placement-related coaching and practice tests are given here.

Fees and Financial Aid

I pay 35000 per year. The course duration is four years. Many scholarships are provided by the college. Govt as well as private scholarships are provided. College helps students with low annual income. Also, campus job opportunities are provided.

Campus Life

Many cultural events and fests are conducted every year in our college. And many societies even at international levels have student branches in our college. Our college supports extracurricular activities like sports, arts, and much more.

Admission

The students are eligible for this course by writing an entrance examination. I got admission by writing the KEAM exam and scoring a rank above 10000. Also, two marks are calculated. Application is by college offline. Reservations are provided for minor communities and merit students.

College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

My honest review of ICET

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.
