Likes

The Lab and Libraries are great and well equipped
There are many Grounds to play and practice for any kinds of sports we like
The Faculties are great over here very supportive and helps us in many ways.

Dislikes

As the universities is quite big so the distance that we have to travel is quite long
The network connectivity is quite poor over here

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose the Electrical engineering course because I have an interest in circuits. so the faculties are very supportive and good also they are very experienced so they help us in many situations and also help us in our academics.

Class Size: 51Course Fees: INR 151000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I think the fee is quite affordable than other universities and with such facilities, it's quite good. Also, there are Scholarships that we can apply which will reduce the fee by a huge margin, there is also job assistance which helps us to get jobs while we are on campus with studies.

Campus Life

I think campus life is the best thing at our university, there are so many things to do and learn on campus. we have many libraries with a large amount of books in them which help in our studies. On campus, many seminars are conducted where many prominent professionals come to guide us. On campus, many festivals are also conducted for the enjoyment of the students. so the campus life is the best here

Admission

First of all the 75% aggregate is required to be eligible for the course. the application form can be found on the official websites of Adaamas University and we can call for any kind of help regarding the process.

Unbiased Review of JGEC

Placement Experience:

At JGEC,campus placements begin mostly from the 6th/final year semester,when students become eligible .I recent years many well-known companies have visited such as Pinnacle Infotech,Synnova Gears & Transmissions Pvt.Ltd,,TCS,Jyesta corporate Entity and many more.The highest package was around 54 LPA form Google ,While the overall average is 10.2LPA.Many students also take internships, industrial training or prepare for higher studies(GATE) rather than accepting direct placement immediately.The exact percentage of student getting palcement is no where.But last year the percentage placed is 70%.

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities are overall good, students can apply for the placement form 5th and 6th semester and can get PPOs's companies like Microsoft, google, amazon comes during the placement season and every year, so many students get placed even with a package greater than 2cr INR. Overall the placement percentage of the college is good for both the core and non-core courses almost near 90%. All the students in there 3rd year i.e. in their 5th or 6th semester are elegible for campus placements. A few companies which visit the college are TCS, WIPRO, TECH MAHINDRA, INFOSYS, IBM, COGNIZANT, HUL, HCL, INDIAN OIL, MITSUBSHI, NJ INDIA, D-POWER,ETC. all the companies offer placement. highest on-campus package = inr 33 lakh where as the average is around 6lpa. After the degree, I plan to get a good placement in a core company and opt for GATE.

Placement Experience:

From 8th semester the students get eligible for campus placements . Some good companies like TCS Capgemini Infosys visited campus . Amazon also visited our campus the highest package is about 22 lakhs and average packages 5.5 lakh . about 80% student of CSE , IT and ECE branches get placed.

I had applied to IEM kolkata, The Neotia University and brainware university simultaneously. I chose this college due to the excellent placements. I didn't take admission to IEM kolkata as the fees were really high. Also, i didnt take admission in The Neotia University and brainware university due to their not-so-efficient placements.
