Teachers are well qualified and educated they are very supportive and always ready to help students through various situations
Placement are very very good in pict almost 92 % student get placed every year with average package of 12 lakhs
Library of pict contain so many books of various subjects and topics

Dislikes

Campus is very small there is no play ground for playing outdoor games

Course Curriculum Overview

All faculty members are highly qualified and PhD holders all labs are well equipped and all practicals are performed on regular basis teachers are very supportive and helpful every student who wishes to get into PICT exams are happen at sppu University

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 94000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

For the general category, fees are around 95,000 and for the reserve category it's 19000 and tfws and eqs scholarships can be available by open candidates based on merit there is no fee hike policy for 4 years you have to pay some fees

Campus Life

Addiction is one of the most awaited annual fest of pict and various clubs organise their fest that are also amazing and good pulzion event conducted by ACM club .pict just vast library it contains so many books of various subjects

Admission

Admission can be done through mht cet exam which is conducted by the Maharashtra government admission cutoff is around 99.8 percentile for ce and and entc application form can be available on mhtcet website all caste has reservation as per government policy.

DY Patil college is best for placement and coding environment

Placement Experience:

The placement is good in Y Patil College. Many companies are come for hiring a student. Most of students are placed in fourth year from fourth year. The companies are started to come in campus and higher students. Also, in a third year, Student want to get internship in any companies from campus and from outside of the campus internship is compulsory in third year last semester The company are come in my college are Amazon Google infosys Microsoft WIpro and other companies hire students The highest package of last year of AI and DS department is a 42 lakh higher by Amazon is the highest package of the last year placement. Also, the average packages are six lakh. The percentage of getting Student place in companies are nearly 92%

We have a great Training and placement cell , they first help for inturnship in 3rd and 4th year and also invites top componies for placements in our collage. 6th or 7th sem students are eligible for placements. 80% studnets among the eligible get placed. I will try to get a dencnt job too.

From the 7th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placement drive. Companies that often visit campus for placement include ONGC, GAIL, IGL, IOCL, NRL, SAIL, Hindalco, Carin oil and gas, Reliance, Vedanta, Tata Power, Nyara, Tata projects and many more oil and gas industries, metal industries. The highest package: is 24 lpa ( given by ONGC) and the average package: is 13 lpa for Fire and safety profiles. Usually, all students get placed in the placement drive. I will do the job in the company I got placed in.

An Honest review of PICT

I applied and got admitted into Vishwakarma Institute of Technology - B.Tech in Computer Science. I chose PICT over VIT because of many factors : placements and internship opportunities, coding culture, campus life and overall studies. PICT is better in almost every aspect than VIT except some college life and syllabus strictness. Yes, I applied to COEP and VJTI but didn't get expected branch due to less marks in my JEE Mains. I also got rejected by IIST, IITs, RGIPT, BITS because I got less than 75% in my boards which didn't satisfy the eligibility criteria. I got into PICT by JEE Mains. The last cutoff for JEE Mains is 97.5 %ile to get ENTC in PICT. You require 99%ile+ in MHT-CET to get into PICT....Read More
