Remarks

The college should give more importance to the placement and there should not be any criteria to sit for interviews in companies like eep and pep.

Entrance Preview

I got admission through AIEEE and they also took tests of their own in college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure is very good you can choose your own subjects which are optional and you can also choose your subject in the last year of your degree and faculty are also very friendly and helpful.

Internships Opportunities

I did my intrance from my college IT department only and there was no stipend for that but it was helpful.

Placement Experience

Placement is good for IT and Electronics department as cognizant took maximum students from these branch and they took about 300 students and other companies also visited who took students.

College Events

Yout behavior is the technical and management festival and participation among them makes you popular in college one world and one India also takes place every year for the cultural festivals.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college provides scholarships and loans to every student who has good results either in class 12 or in the entrance exam of college.

Campus Life

All are good you will love the campus once you enter as it is on 600 acres and everyone is friendly with students from all over the world.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is quite good here and single room to four seated rooms are available and hostels are clean and disciplined rent is also not so high food in mess is only vegetarian and we need to pay the fees on yearly basis.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Course Curriculum Overview:

From the begning i was always into tech and computers i liked to make my school persentation on my pc and that's the main reason for taking the stream CSE . The curriculum makes you ready for thr real world application by providing classes for eveything that a student is facing problem. after 3rd year or maybe in 6th semester many companies visited and very few visited both happens maintain your cgpa make your cgpa above 8 might be difficult but you might get adv highest or average doesnt matter then see how much package you getmaintain cgpa fill out the placement form also they charge 9000 in third year for your placement and dcpd trainign maybe - 50 percent placed well placement is poor after degree - internships job

Did some research and found that AI/Ml is quite popular around the globe and saw alot of future opportunity in this field. The msts were of 40 marks each with 60 mins to complete the exam and finals were of 60 marks with 3 hrs time limit. However student were allowed to leave the hall once half time is over.

I think from 5th or 6th semester students can able to eligible for placement. Don't know exact data about the company company coming but there is good placement rate. 1.3CR highest package this year branch chemical engineering. In my Branch ICE there is more than 95% placement rate.

Placement Experience:

In LPU placement process usually start from 6th semester onwards. Many good companies come to campus like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Amazon and few product based also. Some startups also visit. The no. of offers are quite large every year because batch size is big. Highest package I heard was around 40 LPA but that is very rare, only 1-2 students get. Average package is around 5–6 LPA for CSE branch. For other branches it is little bit low. Almost 80-85% students who are seriously preparing gets placement from college. College also provide placement training and soft skills classes which help in interviews.

Why I chose LPU ?

I haven't applied to other colleges, although I have researched enough about them and can say why I chose LPU ?
