I chose this course because of my passion for medicine. Faculty to student ratio is favorable in many colleges and is in the benefit of students. Teachers are professional doctors who have got their specialization done in various colleges.

Internships Opportunities

For internship in a medical College, every college has its own hospital for the internship of final year passed students for 1yr which is without stipend as it is a private college. In our college, we have a multi-specialty hospital providing service over the past 15 years.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee scaling is on 3 different levels i.e. government fee high fee and management fee depending on the eligibility of students in the NEET exam. Various scholarships are available for students based on their eligibility like Vidya Siri and from the government.

Campus Life

Almost all colleges conduct their annual fest by the month of September or October which will be a grand event in the students' academic year. Each college has its own library with we'll equipped books on various subjects and a study hall if in case students want to sit and read there. Sports are part and parcel of students all colleges conduct various sporting activities for almost 3-5 days and colleges have their own student union for conducting different activities throughout the year it may be academic extracurricular activities.

Admission

I took the NEET exam and got my admission to Karnataka through the Karnataka examination authority it was a hassle-free experience of admission application form and dates can be availed on the kea website through the admission of 2020 batch.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the classes are taken regularly in preclinical and paraclinical subject and some of clinical subjects as well. these are slidepresentation, demonstration and group discussions. there is great learning opportunities. case discusions are done in clinical postings. integrated leaning is not much practiced and would be drawback. library timings are not suitable at all.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very comprehensive and relevant for exams but not for real world applications. I feel let the parts of body I was specially fascinating so I like anatomy very much and we also got a very good teacher, the curriculum is very good for examinations however the real wall applications of this curriculum is very little, they should be more real life applications and whatever the latest technology than studies are happening the student should get the latest info about them, timing between two exams in an internal semester should be a little more such as a day or two because we do not get time to prepare the subjects curriculum very well for the examination.

I myself did not apply to colleges per day but had got a college through karnataka counselling and in the first round I was given kvg suklia which in my opinion is a good college but is placed in a very rural area so it has no patient load and therefore I don't think it is a good idea to go there .
