All over cleanliness in college nice all things are well maintained.
Sports facilities are also very nice in my college there is all sports equipments available.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose btech in the civil department. I have an interest in this course. The faculty-student ratio is like 1:9 which I think is good. Most of our faculty are qualified from iits and good institutes. The mid-term exams were after 1 month of joining the college

Class Size: 430Course Fees: INR 215000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is like for academics nearly 1.5 lacks per year if you are a sc/st candidate then the academic fees are free for you. If your family income is less than 5 lacks then 2/3 fees will be deducted. There are a good number of companies that came to our college for job and internship options

Campus Life

There are two fests in our college every year zietgist, Aaron. Also, there is a tech fest in our college. Zeitgist in conducted in October. There is a library in our college which has a good number of books in it. Nice sports facilities and a good number of clubs like financial, alpha productions, drawing, debating etc. Those clubs can help you explore every thing in college

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is much good in our college as compared to other college. There is study table lamp,bed ,fan,almirah,lights those are basic facilities in the rooms. There is automatic washing machines to wash clothes also playing games things are also in the hostels. Mess quality i think is ok ok not so nice. Registration process is very simple just go to website and pay fess you will get room

Hostel Fee: INR 12500 per year

Admission

I had to clear firstly Jee mains exam to sit in the Jee advance exam. Then I cleared the Jee advance exam with a rank of 12001 crl and then I got this college. You have to go through a process jossa by which you get your college according to your rank.

Placement Experience:

The placements at LPU are decent, the University provides placements to almost every student. The placement cell here is really very active. More than 1000 companies visit LPU during placement drives providing average package of 6-7LPA in CSE field. The highest package recorded was 2.5 crore from robotics and automation and 64 LPA in CSE department. 99% of students at LPU get placed. My plan after getting the degree is to join the corporate and work as a SDE or AI/ML engineer at MNC.

Placements are really great of our college as its avg pakage is of 11 lac from computer related branches. Girls are eligible in second year for inters and for boys its generally from 3rd year because of the reservations.

A GLANCE TO MY COLLEGE

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding and math were the subject that influenced me to take this course we are introduced to python and c / c ++ which are the major languages used in the society for AI/ML. Teachers should be more friendly and try to undertsand the students's prospective also and not rush the syllabus we have our exams every regular month (STs and evaluations and end terms)

I don't like any curriculum in our college one day they kept mid and sem exams on same day to be frank my 1st completed in just 8 months I joined in Jan in August end it was completed my first year actually it should be completed in 1 year .

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester a student is eligible for the placements, companies like TAFE, CLASS, Mahindra and Mahindra and many others come for campus placements. The average package is of 5-6 lacs and the highest package, according to me was gone for john deere company at the price of 15 lacs per annum. The students have 80-90% chances of getting placements. I personally want to pursue my higher studies and work on my future preneurs.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in this college in this college previous year average package was 9 lakhs 50 thousand and highest package was 60 lakhs but in this college number of students are very high so competition also increases.

The best out of best about iit ropar

I applied to iit gandhinagar electrical engineering and got rejected as my jee advanced rank was not as par as required to take the course.the admission process of our college is based on an examination called jee advanced and if u get a good rank and pass that examination u can enter our college.i also applied for iit hyd,iit jodhpur etc in which I have got an admission in another branch as I said earlier as I like the electrical engineering branch I joined iit ropar .or college might be worst in sports in comparison to other iits but they are always better than other iits in reasearch orientation side...Read More
