Remarks

I thing i don't like about college is they are Strict we cant enjoy oyr life as other people do in other colleges we must be well groomed, daily shaving, students are always required to be punctual.

Entrance Preview

MAT entrance exam I scored 603.5 i have opted for this college, becuase its the best college which is near to my home its ranked top2 in Kerala excluding IIM-KOZHIKODE.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course Structure is too good they keep on updating themselves makes changes to Curriculum whenever necessary also they ask student's opinion about course structure, whether to change or not what to change. It gives students the right to tell them about the curriculum.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, they provide Internship for a period of 3months. About Stipend, I dont hav any idea seniors said, at Internship, they learn a lot of things and it is suggested that, it would be better if we do our Internship anywhere except our hometown.

Placement is 100% more than 50+ companies come for Recruitment some main companies, DELLOITE, ACCENTURE, KPMG, ERNST& YOUNG, IDEA, HDFC BANK ltd average Package offered 4.5-5 lakh per annum highest Package offered 6.75 lakh per annum highest package offered is for Marketing and Finance Stream.

College Events

Management fest, Onam Celebration, Parivarthana, Inter-College fest are also held. Its so fun, Many SCMS ians participate and also students from different college like Rajagiri, XIME Cochin management Fest are good enough to help students to engage in various activities, which helps them to showcase their talents.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure for PGDM- 6.5 lakhs ( Excluding Hostel and Mess Fee - 1.5lakh) i.e total 8lakh per annum well, according to Kerala' Standard, its kind of Expensive but, its okie, becasue they offer Personality development classes also for these classes, faculties from Mumbai are invited to train us.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes students have got work experience of atleast 2yrs are offered 40% discount on fees loan facility is also provided by them.

Campus Life

Campus Life is good gender ratio 1.1 debates, sports are also conducted, which is very helpful for students to improve their communication skills, face huge audience. It also helps in developing their confidence level there are many labs like Language lab, for those who having communication problem. its help students who want to imrpove their communication skill.

Hostel Facilities

Men's hostel is 3,4 km away from college girls hostel is within campus mess food its not too good its okie average we can adjust but, i can say that, as compared to othr colleges in Kerala, they provide best food food items like chappathi, rice, puttu, br

Examss well, there wil be lot of exams its Trimester actually so, lot of test, assignments, personality development classes Etc we will be totally busy but its good for us so that, in the future we will adapted to the industry very easily.

Great College with Best ROI

Placement Experience:

From the 5th Semester onwards, i.e. in November the placement process starts. The eligibility criteria for placements is to get at least 4.8 CGPA out of 8 CGPA. Approximately 60 or more companies have visited our campus until now and more than 85% of people have been placed. (As of 3rd February 2022) The highest package until now is around 14 Lakh per annum and the average package per company is around 8 Lakh per annum. (As of 3rd February, 2022) We have a target of 100% placements until April 2022. I have already been placed, so, my plan is to do well in the job I got into, and I'm very happy about it.

The other colleges i applied was all govt colleges.i couldn't got the rank to get there because i got less rank in keam exams.so i choose the best college i could get on my marks. I got 25526 rank in keam examination such that i cracked in here and also i wanted to be here because my super seniors where here they also insisted me that scms school of engineering is a good college.our college is a managemental college accredited by govt either we should crack keam exam or we should jee exam or we be nri quota. SSET- from the viewpoint of a student

I applied to government colleges and MITS ,RIST and FISAT too among with SSET. But I got confirmation letter from SSET in my first allotment itself. I choose SSET because it has a great infrastructure and wide possibility of opportunities. One of my relative was an alumni of this college and I got to know about the college from her perspective. The response I got from others whenever I asked about my college was really positive and hence I chose SSET. I never got rejection from other colleges I applied to, I simply chose to settle in the first college I got allotted after my KEAM Rank list got published. I chose SSET over other colleges because other colleges were really expensive and I never wanted to push my family to go through such a hard time just for my education. Even though I got admitted to a really great college with a high quality course the fees there in one sem was twice the amount I had to pay in SSET for a year The admission process of my college was quite simple.All we had to do was submit my certificates and sign a few papers. It Lasted only one and half hours. The eligibility to get here included passing the KEAM Exam and having 50% or more pass mark in plus two. The student must have studied Science subject with either Biology or Computer Science as the main Subject. My overall admission experience was really great.
