teachers are focused on studies and practical knowledge you don't feel like I am wasting time there

Dislikes

Not that much sports activities or any physical games.
Infrastructure is not upto the mark when compared with fees for the course.

Course Curriculum Overview

BCA is a 3 year undergraduate course and those who are interested in Coding and software development or any field related to IT can opt for this course. In this course, you will learn about Languages like C, C++, Java, Python HTML, XML, and many more. Faculty members of MSI are highly qualified and very cooperative, helping and they guide throughout your course.

Internships Opportunities

Internship starts when you are in the second year and projects you will start working in the first year after your mid-terms. You make projects on software development many Hackathons are organised and many events related to your course will be held after 1 year.

Placement Experience

In MSI, there are various recruiting companies that come at the end of the third semester. Companies like Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Upgrad, and gaming companies also approach students with good skills and knowledge. The highest package is 27 LPA and the average is 4-6 LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees for the BCA course is quite high from my point of view with respect to other college but this money is worth it when you get good knowledge and a good placement with exposure to different societies and various events. Only national or state-level scholarships are available no scholarship is given from the college side on a merit-based or rank-based or any income-based, you have to apply for district or state or national-level scholarships whenever they are available.

Campus Life

Campus life is not that much fun but In this college, you get access to different societies where you can learn new things and make friends and societies like NCC, NSS is also available and there is a playground, the size of a football ground is big where you can play various games.

Admission

For BCA in MSI, you have to take the IPU CET exam or Cuet exam which consists of Maths, GK, Computer fundamentals, English and after the result, you will know your rank, and as per your rank, you need to apply for a counseling session and fill out your college choices and then as per your rank you will be alloted a college.

"Convenient and recognised distance learning"

My overall experience a IGNOU has been good the universities very helpful for students who want flexible and affordable education along with other responsibilities
The study material provided by IGNOU is detailed and easy to understand and the examination process is transparent
One of the best thing about IGNOU is its low fee structure and flexibility in learning

Dislikes

However there are some areas that need improvement sometime the administrative process can be slow and getting quick responsive from study centre may take time
Campus life is limited compared to regular colleges because IGNOU mainly focus on distance learning
Placement support exist but is not a strongest regular University so students upon need to rely on their own skills and efforts

I would read the IGNOU courses curriculum has good in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness the syllabus is well structured and design for distance learning with study material explain concept clearly and support service study this flexibility and affordability for the main reason I choose this course the curriculum provides are strong theoretical foundation and is useful for father studies as well as basic professional knowledge how ever Addy more practical exposure life internet is session and update industrial oriented content could make the course even better IGNOU conductor and examination twice a year along with compulsory assignment that contribute to the final marks the exam schedule is convenient and difficulty level is moderates student to follow the study materials and cement on the time can clear the exam without much difficulty or all the curriculum is student friendly relevant and su suitable for learner who prefer flexible higher education while managing other responsibilities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course was very old I think there was a change in syllabus and activities for the students. Provide practical knowledge and work on skills development rather then written knowledge Because skills helps for placement not anything else.

Canteen was really good, various variety of veg and non-veg food was available
Library was a good place to study and concentrate
Ground area was very big to take a stroll

Dislikes

Too much academic pressure was put as there were exams every 2 weeks
There were no events held through out the 3 years
Very bad placement cell, no opportunities for placement at all

The curriculum was not up to date at all, the languages taught are outdated, I had to persue courses from institutions to gain experience. Very little practical knowledge was given in each subject, the subjects were taught from theory point of view

I opted for this course because I wanted to develop skills in the IT sector. There are 7 teachers and 66 students. Teachers are good in nature and teach us practically which boost our skill and is also helpful for learning.

Maharaja Surajmal Institut in its Raw Version.

I applied for Maharaja Surajmal Institute as it's known as the SRCC of GGSIPU and it has the highest placement packages in comparison to any other Colleges of GGSIPU and it is ranked the top college of GGSIPU so I opted for admission here and no I didn't get rejected from any universities I got admitted to the one I wanted it's just that you require alot of patience and need to be active about the admission forms being out and all. To get admission in the BBA program at Maharaja Surajmal Institute, a student must have completed their 12th standard or equivalent from a recognized board with at least 50% marks, with English as one of the core, elective, or functional subjects. Admission is primarily conducted through the IPU CET exam held by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. However, students can also be admitted through CUET if their name appears in the merit list and their rank is below 500. Based on the CET or CUET rank, candidates are called for counseling where seats are allotted.
