Faculty are well knowledged but their teaching teaching skills means interaction with their students are quite lacking. So, sometimes we are unable to grab the things they tell us during their classes.

Placement is very good at IiTs we all know it, but to make it done we need to work hard because studies at IIT demand time and sincerity. And all have placements here some high and some low but higher than others in college

Fees and Financial Aid

As we know IIT is known for their high packages and especially IITD for its startup culture. But inspire of a government college it's fees are as high as those of private colleges. But they give various opportunities for receiving scholarships.

Campus Life

Campus life is very good and friends here are well-educated and also very understanding. The sports culture is also very good, and well-maintained grounds for various types of sports are available. Also for indoor sports.

Admission

I was preparing for Jee advance so as we that it's very tough so, we have to study hard and be consistent for it. In my year of exam cutoff was a bit high, so competition was at the next level. And admission process was a bit stressful and annoying due to too much of documents.

The annual placements at NIT Delhi are consistently getting better year by year where the top branches such as CSE, ECE, and IT are leading the way with their strong placement rates. Many students get hired at very attractive salaries by well-established companies like TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Microsoft, and Amazon. For example, the CTC of the best offers have reached as high as ?15–20 LPA in some instances. The Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical branches also contribute to the university’s overall placement record to some extent. Those students usually boost the available opportunities for themselves by taking up internships and off-campus offers. Moreover, the students who fail to get a job on the campus can still benefit out of the college atmosphere where the strong basics of coding, projects, and practical skills are taught which makes the students quite employable at startups, off-campus, or even when going for higher studies like M.Tech/GATE/abroad. To sum up, NIT Delhi is a very solid foundation for the students whether they want to have a career or continue with their education.

Admission and carrier development cell is there in the college and provides good support but for average packages but for top packages only on your own self you have to grab them. One campus packages are between 3 lakhs 5 lakhs up to 10,20 lacs and highest once even up to 64 lakhs but off campus goes up to crore.

Great Placements but Campus needs improvements

Placement Experience:

After 3rd year students become eligible for campus placements. Almost 90% students gets placed. The top companies are Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Google and Adobe. The highest package is 53 lacks and the average package is 20 lacs. I plan to become a software engineer after i complete my course or study further.

A decent college

Placement Experience:

Placements are good. Students get hired, obviously, and they get a decent package. Highest package from our college is 52 LPA. Average package is 7-8 LPA. Highest package off campus is 1.2 Cr. Per annum.

IIT Delhi is close to my hometown and is ranked no. 2. It offers best faculty in Chemical engineering. IIT Bombay was rejected because of inability of getting a good branch there.
