The college infrastructure is soo good...
We can get all facilities as the college is in the central of the town.
There are clubs like music club , film club , etc..

Dislikes

Lab equipments are outdated from the new technology.

Course Curriculum Overview

Mechanical engineering is ever-green and can't be replaced by any machine or technology so that's why I have chosen this course. The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:10.We have assistant professors who graduated from top institutes in India with a lot of experience. The teaching consists of both explanatory and practical work. The exams are conducted as 2 minors, a mid and an end sem.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 62500 per year

Placement Experience

In the 4th year, we are eligible for campus placements and we can do internships from 2nd year during vacation holidays. Companies like Amazon, jispe, Samsung, and nearly 180+ companies visit our college . The Highest package and average package are 44 LPA and 8 LPA respectively. Around 85% of the students got placed in the last placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost of study differs for each student depending on the student's family's annual income. I got an NSF scholarship in my 1st year and my friends also got different scholarships but we should choose only one scholarship.

Campus Life

We have several fests celebrated in our college like cultural fests, technical fests like robotics, etc. The books in the library are undated. The classes have a good atmosphere surrounded by greenery and labs consisting of central Acs. The sports complex is not sufficient for all students but we have to manage it.

Hostel Facilities

We have a power supply, wifi facility, and dhobi facility in our hostels. They are maintained in a healthy manner. The food is bad in our college. The college informs all the information about the registration process for hostels from time to time on the college's official website.

Hostel Fee: INR 52000 per year

Admission

We need to clear jee mains with 95 percentile, the application forms, application fees, and all details are provided in Josaa portal, we should go through its notifications. Paying of 40000 at a time should be changed.

Rather than this college I also applied for other colleges nit's in the counseling I got this college because of my rank.i also choose this college because it has good placement percentage and average package.and one more reason is I am a native of Andhra Pradesh so this college will be some near also and the food will be good. College life at NIT-AP

I liked this college because studying at a national institute is every student's dream. It is not that much easy. Particularly, we can't compare these national institutes with other colleges as they are highly prestigious. The main reason why I have chosen this college, we (Andhra) people have 50% reserved seats in the college. Eligibility is students should have to clear their jee mains exam with the best percentile to secure their dream branch. The cut-off will be changed every year. It is around the 93 percentile to achieve a branch in the college for an Oc student. Overall admission process is very smooth and not that complex....Read More
