Course Curriculum Overview
As an electronics student , I am enjoying the facilities provided to learn about electronics. Exams according R24 schedule :- minor 1 and minor 2 , mid , end semester exams , with marks 10,10,30,50 respectively.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities are good in our college . We can apply for internships from 1st year also . Amazon , google like internships . Mostly we can get internships in IIT Hyderabad . We can acquire good technical knowledge from internships.
Placement Experience
The placements of our college is a bit less , almost 70 percent are not been placed . The highest package is 47 lpa and average is 7 lpa. Small companies are arriving for placements. From 7th sem students become eligible for campus placements
Fees and Financial Aid
For general :- Total fees per year in nit andhra pradesh :- 125000/- in year 2024 Hostel fee :- 80000 Lab fees , development fees all included in total fees. For sc/st/pwd :- 50,000 total fees included.
Campus Life
In clubs and technical fests point of view , our college is very good , they are giving support for every skills ( cultural and technical ). Sports and extracurricular activities are also good . Our college is giving competition to nit suratkal and Trichy also
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are good , they provide a 4*4 bed , a study table , a cupboard. Sweeping and moping is done in rooms weekly thrice . Mess food is average but it is sometimes good . Registration process is simple , you can register in nit hms app
Admission
I also applied for vitap amaravati and iiit sricity also , in those I got cse core and ai ds respectively. But as vitap is a university, I prefer government institutes , and I cancelled iiit sricity because of high fees. This college is better than university as per the value in society
Faculty
Faculty to the student ratio is approx 1:20 Faculty members are available any time for students . The best faculty is for electronics and communication engineering branch. In computers branch teachers are not so good. Exams are also a bit difficult but if you study well you can score well
Interview Experience
Actually i am in first year so that I don't know about interviews in my college . But my seniors told that the interviews are a bit difficult and we have to learn subject from 1 st sem to last sem everything
Night Life
We can roam in the college in night times , enjoying the food in dokka Seethamma canteen . Gym is also available in the college . Library also available in our college , we can go study upto midnight also.
