Course Curriculum Overview

4

I chose this course because I have some background related to construction and my rank was in this range. In civil it is around 1 faculty per 60 students. As this is an institution of national importance so qualification of teachers is good like from IITs and also from foreign Institutions. As for the teaching method, it is mixed some are good others average and one or two didn't much care. Exam happens as per the academic calendar only and if you even study one or two days before the exam, you can easily qualify.

Internships Opportunities

4

Many companies came for interns and it is relatively easy to get interns in good companies as compared to the placement like NHAI, DJB, HSSAI, etc. The project is also available to any professor for interested students.

Placement Experience

4

Placement in the final year. Many companies like L&T, E litmus, Microsoft, etc. came for placement drives. The highest placement was 50 lac last year in Software development. Around 90% of students who participated in the drive were placed in one company or another. I am preparing for a competitive exam.

Fees and Financial Aid

Cost is nominal and less as compared to other nits and IITs and fees are predefined and there have been no fee hikes till now for us. I haven't got any scholarship till now but the needy students do get it based on family income. As for jobs, our placement drive is going on and companies are coming. As for the internship, I got it in NHAI.

Campus Life

5

The annual fest is confluence and techspardha and is conducted in the month of Nov and Feb respectively. Books can be availed from the library or book bank free of cost using a college ID. Classrooms are smart having a screen, projector, ac, and other required amenities. Proper teams of different sports are there and inter and intra nit competition keep happening. There are various clubs and societies that remain active all year like infrastructure, Shiksha, Rooh ek muheem, Bangda Crew, MAD, and many more.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Study table, chair, and bed along, with room with balcony. Meal quality depends from hostel to hostel, in our hostel mess it is relatively good. Registration happens along with the admission process from the college and it is very affordable at just 8k for a single seater.

Admission

Because our whole admission process was online we did not face any problem in any of the progress. We simply alloted the college after which we had to pay seat acceptance fees and upload the required document. They will then verify and give you a provisional admission letter and when you go to college they will see a hard copy of the document and your admission will be completed.

Campus placements are offered with many companies visiting (700-800+). Highest packages can go high (Rs 30-56 LPA), but averages and typical offers vary (~ Rs 6-7 LPA), and placements rates differ by batch. Some students also pursue internships or off-campus jobs if campus offers are limited.

Placement Experience:

Four campus placements student get eligible after the 6th semester and from 6th semester companies come and they search for their Perfect suit And they just simply Conduct their interviews in the College campus Various companies visited our college like HCL,TCS and many more Offering a basic scale payoff around 6,00,000 Per year. Average package for our college is around three to six lakhs and the highest package a student got is around 54 lakhs Per year. For sitting in placement at least 6 cgpa is required to Get eligible for Placements But most of the companies ask for 7CGPA and above and only few companies are there which demand 6 cgpa students. My planes after getting this degree is Doing a job and then Lumping amount So that I can open up my business in the form of cafe or something else. But somewhere I will like to become nlp engineer As I have interest in sound processing system and AI and being from IT background I have good coding skills and communication skills. Till the age of 40 I Start my own business or a startup. At last but not least Our college has a good placement Drive system And a good academic system too and one can easily prepare for placements if he studies well.

Placement Experience:

From 2nd year onwards we can prepare for it as we are equipped with hands on experience on multiple projects and practical knowledge. Till now the highest package has reached 45 lakhs per annum. I don't think that percentage matters as practical knowledge is more superior that theory part. I am planning to go for MNCs.

Placements are not good in my college. Only few companies are recruiting through on campus like virtusa, tcs etc. average package is 3-4 lakhs and maximum package is 9 lakhs. From 4th year students are eligible for on campus placement. Only 30-40% of students get placed. I am thinking to give gate exam for better opportunity.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. Numerous reputed companies offer placements, to name a few, these are HCL, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), Wipro, Infosys, L & T, JCB, airtel, JIO, etc. The highest package to date is 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 6 lakhs per annum. About more than 85% of students get placed in good companies with a satisfactory package, however, good skills are required for a much higher package. I'll work hard to get a good package at a reputed company.
