Remarks

When I got this college for the 2 nd year that time I am confused any mistake happen from me by joining this college but when I attend the lecture and Practicals at that time I realized I not done any mistake Clg facility and teaching methodology very best. Good that I want to highlight. My overall experience in campus is very good.

100% practical learning.Yes there are many initiatives taken by the institute. Embedded & Real time Operating system , PLC , Audio & video engineering , wireless Network.

College does not provide any internship.I don't know about any other details about this but college provide sponsorship to projects also give the permission to students for outside the internship .

Best placement scenario as compared to previous years placement activity. Avg package is 8 lpa. Our college main branch CS and IT that's why more software company visited in our college but this year For the E&TC most of the core companies are also visited.

I'm in SBC category so max 15000 is my fee.That fee is affordable for my parents.For open category I think 1 lakh 4 thousand and for OBC half of the open category so it affordable for students reasons are Clg provideds that much facility to each student .

DY Patil college is best for placement and coding environment

Placement Experience:

The placement is good in Y Patil College. Many companies are come for hiring a student. Most of students are placed in fourth year from fourth year. The companies are started to come in campus and higher students. Also, in a third year, Student want to get internship in any companies from campus and from outside of the campus internship is compulsory in third year last semester The company are come in my college are Amazon Google infosys Microsoft WIpro and other companies hire students The highest package of last year of AI and DS department is a 42 lakh higher by Amazon is the highest package of the last year placement. Also, the average packages are six lakh. The percentage of getting Student place in companies are nearly 92%

From the 7th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placement drive. Companies that often visit campus for placement include ONGC, GAIL, IGL, IOCL, NRL, SAIL, Hindalco, Carin oil and gas, Reliance, Vedanta, Tata Power, Nyara, Tata projects and many more oil and gas industries, metal industries. The highest package: is 24 lpa ( given by ONGC) and the average package: is 13 lpa for Fire and safety profiles. Usually, all students get placed in the placement drive. I will do the job in the company I got placed in.

An Honest review of PICT

I applied and got admitted into Vishwakarma Institute of Technology - B.Tech in Computer Science. I chose PICT over VIT because of many factors : placements and internship opportunities, coding culture, campus life and overall studies. PICT is better in almost every aspect than VIT except some college life and syllabus strictness. Yes, I applied to COEP and VJTI but didn't get expected branch due to less marks in my JEE Mains. I also got rejected by IIST, IITs, RGIPT, BITS because I got less than 75% in my boards which didn't satisfy the eligibility criteria. I got into PICT by JEE Mains. The last cutoff for JEE Mains is 97.5 %ile to get ENTC in PICT. You require 99%ile+ in MHT-CET to get into PICT....Read More
