Course Curriculum Overview
I am in Energy Science and Engineering course and I am really happy to have this course. This course includes advancement in all the Energy-related sectors so I love this course. The faculty is very well qualified. All professors are the best in their fields. The method of teaching is also very good. They use boards and projects in classes. The class strength is 52 students. It's quite difficult to get good grades in these exams.
Internships Opportunities
There are very good internship opportunities on the campus. Many companies take students from the campus itself for internships. They give many tasks for the overall development and give information about the corporate world.
Placement Experience
Most of the students get placement from the campus itself. After completing 6 semesters you can sit for the placement offers. There are more than 400 companies that visit the campus every year. The highest package last year was 3.75 cr. About 85 percent of students get placement. I would get a job after my degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure of IIT Bombay is very good. There are many scholarships that are given to students on the basis of their income, category, excellence in academics, and others. There is a separate opportunity for the disabled which is a big plus point. There is a good placement ratio on the campus. Most students get placement on campus.
Campus Life
The life on campus is amazing. There are lots of extracurricular activities, social opportunities, and personal growth experiences. One of the famous festivals is Moodi and the tech fest is also a great fest of IIT Bombay. There are well developed AC Classrooms with all the facilities. There are big grounds on the campus and there are lots of facilities for indoor and outdoor sports. There are many clubs like Aerospace club, hacking club, coding club, space club, EV Club, and many more.
Admission
For admission to IIT Bombay firstly, we have to qualify for JEE mains and JEE advance with a good rank. The eligibility for this exam is to have a minimum of 75 % in the 12th exam. The application form, fees related queries can be found on the JEE ADVANCE official website. There is an issue in the counseling of the IIT colleges that can be made better.
