BSc chemistry in Mary matha arts and Science College is a self-finance course. The course fee per year is 25000. It is a 3-year degree course with in 3 years you have 6 semester exams including practical papers. In the final year, you have to do a project and industrial visit Teachers are available for this particular course and a lab assistant Also 16 marks are needed to pass the exam. exams are really easy.

Chemistry is a self-finance course. You have to provide 25000 per year excluding exam fees. The semester exam fee is almost 1000 per semester college provides NET and JAM coaching For final years college provides an internship program.

NCC and NSS are available in college. IQAC cell of college conducts various programs in academic years including onam and Christ mas celebrations. Moreover, unions also conduct some cultural programs. college has an indoor stadium. The college has been the overall champion in yoga at the University level for the past few years.

Admission

Admission is based on a plus two mark First of all you have to generate CAP registration under Kannur University. Then you have to select some colleges and courses according to your wish. The University will publish allotments according to merit. Reservation is also provided for sc,St,obc etc. In Mary math arts and science college management seats are also available and hostels are available for girls.

Why you should/shouldn't join LISSAH

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.
