Parents Pressure Made me to join. But I have completed because I respect them. Please do respect your parents.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Very very difficult. Please make it practical oriented like education in European and other western countries. Our education system is almost theory type. No use for the future. This must be changed. Hope it will be changed in this generation atleast.

Internships Opportunities

Yeah an year of internship. I was getting 15000 as stipend. Now it has been increased to 20000 I guess. Yeah it's very much nesessary for medical student.

Placement Experience

4

No campus for medical colleges. It happens only in engineering colleges. But after MBBS no use. MD's a must but reservation is ruining ITS quality. Lets see when it's going to change. Hope in 10 or 15 years. No increase in PG seats. Only MBBS seats are increasing. No use of just doctors but quality doctors are important.

College Events

3.5

Actually only students from urban cadre do all. Because they are fluent in English. Rural students lack of good English. Anyways many cultural completions were awesome. It takes still long time. Almost 20% students participate and the rest are audience.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I have studied in government college so fees was very minimal. 1st- 28000, 2nd-18000, 3rd-18000, 4th-18000. And exam fees annually comes upto 3500. And convocation fee around 5000. Nothing more. If it's private college things would have been different.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have got no govt scholorship, because I am from GM catogery. Even though I am financially poor I have no govt scholorship. I have got scholorship from JINDAL for two years. And nothing more.

Campus Life

2.5

Campus life was awesome. Girls were 60 andboys were 40. 15% out of state students. 65-70% from urban. Especially from Bangalore. Many were talented. Only few were oriented to politics. Actually govt college so majority were economically middle class, in private colleges it's vice versa.

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostel was really bad and the food also because it is government hostel. PG's were bit economical and many were costly. If the quality of govt hostel is upgraded no need to go and search for PG's.

Alumni/Alumna

First year there was bit fear about ragging and it was, but later on they only helped me adjust to the college and staff. And I learned a lot from them. It's very much nesessary to interact with seniors.

Exam Structure

Very hectic, only theory. Give some practical exposure. Actually Students should prepare well for theory and they are neglecting practical, It should be vice versa. Please kindly look into this issue and help in giving quality education.

Faculty

3

First of all reservation should be removed. Then staff should be assessed timely, but I respect many teachers because of what they taught me not Oly subject but about proffesion. I love them and respect them. I m grateful to them forever. I am really very

The curriculum is as per RGUHS Banglore which adequately prepared students for real world experience. The teaching methods need to be more competitive with case study of patients. The internal exams are conducted thrice in a year giving exposure to students.

It's a very good curriculum as we have both book knowledge and practical knowledge at same time as we have to go hospital in morning to see cases qnd at evening to learn about it. There is no such improvement is required. We don't have to give soo much exam but the syllabus we have to cover its not much

Course Curriculum Overview:

Same curriculum as the NMC is followed . In the beginning ears there wont be much exposure clinically like any other hospitals later on in 3rd amd 4th year there is more clinical exposure and patient interaction. According to me the exam level of 1st year is a bit tough as it is a changing phase from 12th to college and everything is new later on we get adjusted and find it easy and will understand how to phase the exam and how it is different from the previous exams of 11th or 12th . Only one exam will be for a academic year which includes the whole syllabus of that year

MBBS- passion and internal will power plays an important role in choosing this course. PASSION- because it is a noble job to do and satisfaction in this course is unmatchable because of patients interaction.
