Likes

The college amenities are good. Library. Social functions.
Teaching staffs, faculties are helpful. College students are good and meritorious.
Infrastructure is also good providing many things

Dislikes

Placement should have been improved much
Union function to be reduced to focus more on student well being
Internal college matters to be looked at

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is decided by Calcutta University & is implemented perfectly by the college. The faculty members are excellent with top teachers , holding PhD. By far, the college is top notch for graduation

Class Size: 140Course Fees: INR 3500 per year

Placement Experience

The campus placement is good. Students are eligible after 3rd year to enroll in placement program. Approx 6-7 companies visits every year. The highest package offered is 5lpa. Good number of deserving candidates are selected for the placement

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are quite low. Also there are deductions in fees structure for below income line students. Overall, the campus placement is also by far good. Many insurance & banks are likely to come in campus

Campus Life

The campus is top notch. Infrastructure is good & college students are helpful to each other. There are many social functions in the college. The classroom are best with projectors to understand depth of every subjects

Admission

One have to score above 60% marks in graduation examination from respective board. Then , the shortlist will be done according to the merit list. The merit list process is smooth without any delay. The college administration is also helpful

Placement Experience:

BESC has enjoyed an extremely high placement record. The Placement Cell draws 35 to 40 companies including the likes of TCS, EY, PWC, Deloitte, Oracle, Axis Bank, KPMG and Indigo to name a few. Eligible from 1 st sem students on wards Avg package - 4lpa highest is 16lpa After getting this degree i am thinking of pursuing mba anf then getting into business

Well among the curriculum of Bcom my most favourite is the management and Economics part. Cause I really love them and the teachers of that subject are really good . The improvement that I would want is the professors to come to the classes and teach us and finish the syllabus on time.

Placement Experience:

It is a 4 year programme which offers placements. But if someone doesn't get direct placement they are still skilled enough to get a job off campus and it can go from 6 LPA to 12 LPA. If the performance is very poor they can't go to the 4th year.

Umesh Chandra is not a good college don't take admission there very poor infrastructure

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the four BCom Honours in accountancy and Finance because I grew up in a Commerce background household and all my family members are BCom graduate and I want to be an investment banker with SAP schedule on my degree that is why I choose this code and talk about the faculty student ratio the faculty was good according to the number of students present in the class and in the college the qualification for the faculty is very good teachers are very nice and friendly but I don't get to understand what this week due to me not knowing Bengali so called language barrier was present exams and all were followed by the Calcutta University curriculum in 75 is to 25 ratio 75 marks paper from CU and 25 marks from the college itself 5 marks for attendance 10 marks for internal written test and 10 marks for MCQ

Do Right Things Now For Your Future

Placement Experience:

After 4th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Out of the companies some of them are Institute of Charter Accountancy, Institute of GST ETC. They give us some packages for jobs. Like the highest package is about 50000 rupees and the lowest is 15000 rupees. Only few studets get chance in this companies. Like 5-10% students. I want to be a bank manager so i just keep my study moving on.

I Applied In Many Colleges In The Admission Round Of Wbcap.In Which Was Introduced By The Govt. Of West Bengal For The Very 1St Ime In 2024 And I Got Chance In Many Colleges Which Includes : 1) City College Of Commerce And Business Administration . Kolkata 2)Acahrya Jagdish Chandra Bose College . Kolkata 3)Kalyani Mahavidyalay , Kalyani 4)Seth Anadram Jaipuria College , Kolkata In All This Colleges I Got Confirmed Admission In Seth Anandram Jaipuria College But In My Preference Heramba Chandra College Was The Best Accordin To Me . Highly recommended heramba chandra college

Our college is one of the best colleges here, that's why I got admitted here. To get admitted here, you need at least 75% marks or even 70%, but then you will get a chance in the 2nd list if you take honors in any subject. My experience of getting admitted here is very good.
