Remarks

College is good but looking forwards for college's steps towards getting the highest accredits, the campus is also good with all the facilities and the canteen is fine not too good kinda and all. overall a good college.

Entrance Preview

Joint entrance exam(JEE), CAP rounds with no interview,Interest in electronics and fancy of electronic projects made me to take this branch. This college is one of the best colleges in pune and this was one more reason to take up this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course was good but a little heavy to learn. A huge syllabus along with computer science programming subjects.Electives - Digital Image processing, PLC and automation, Audio video engineering, Soft computing Iot

Internships Opportunities

Yep. It provides internship. Experience was good.No idea about the stipend. The internships have to found out online or by the references from the different companies oriented to our branches,

Placement Experience

Placements are much better this year.45% of students got placed till date.Major companies like BOSCH, LTI, TCS visited.Average package was 4lacs per annum.

College Events

Technical-ROBO WARS,TECHCRAFT. Cultural-Shreemantyogi, invictus, Organization was 2 out 5. They dont much support for the events the departments have to organize everything.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It was affordable with a figure of 92293 including the development fees of college. Apart from this i f=did not pay any extra fees till now.

Yeah.It is provided by the state government actually.

Campus Life

Yeah. A lot many of events are held to explore the creative minds and talents.Facilities were 3 out of 5.

Hostel Facilities

Yeah.I am a hostelite wherein I share room with two of the mates and around 40000 is the rent per annum.Food is 3 out of 5.

Alumni/Alumna

Yep.Meeting are held every year.The alumni contribute 30% for the development.

Exam Structure

It was a tiresome experience but the mandatory one so went good.Moderately chill culture with thorough learning.

Faculty

Faculty is quite experienced and fluent in respective subjects.Lot of interactions with individual and the standard of teaching is rated as 4 out 5. they support the students in the projects and they teach us practically a lot.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement of this college is average, average package is 4.5 lpa most of the students are eligible from semester 7 The companies like Capgemini, Accenture, mind space, LTI, siemens, eclerx ,etc visited to college campus. In recent mind space give place about 12 lpa. Placement percentage is 80 percentage After getting degree my plan is for higher studies.

The moderate college of engineering in pune , with moderate fees and good environment.

Placement Experience:

the placement structure of this college is mainly on the tech branches. the placement varies betweem 3 to 5 lakhs on average, annually but if are choosing core branches like mechanical, civil or electrical or entc then you can expect low from it. College do offers insdustry obesrvation and siteseeing tours. These activities are for core branch students. the companies visited in college are TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, for IT sector and core branches companies like BOSCH, ULTRATECH CEMENT, TATA TECHNOLOGIES , do visit for campus recruitment. The highest package was placed by a student of 45 lakhs in 2022 and another student of 22 lakhs. the percentage of placement for 2024 batch was about 70% to 72% for overall placement record. after getting degree i will persue the job in pune and stay updated on ladakh civil job vacancies.

i had seen Companies visiting like Entrata, Airtel, Honeywell etc..... Highest package till now for currently year is 15 lacks. I had also seen students who are doing interships and are placed there only.

SIT is best engineering college of Pune!!

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

I chose this college because this college is very reputed in Pune for engineering specially electrical engineering. Admission process - You should apply through CAP process to get admission in this college. MHTCET + JEE, both scores can get you admitted in this college as there is also an all India quota. After the CAP processes are completed, you can also attend it's spot round as they are also conducted in a very systematic manner. Why this college over others? Pune vidyarthi gruha college of engineering and technology (pvgcoet) a overall great college with affordable fees

This is one of the top colleges In pune. This was the reason for me to choose this college. Comparing pvg with colleges like aissms, dy patil, modern, and many more pvg is far better in terms of placements. Didn't had the marks required to get to other colleges like vit viit pict coep pccoe etc so I choose pvg. I got a confirmed admission for keystone college but it is worse that pvg so I chose pvg. To get admission in pvg college you need to fill a form of cet. Mht cet is one of these examples. If you have passed 12th standard then apply for mht cet.
