The admission process was quite streamlined.After submitting the application from online and entering my jee main score,i was shortlisted for counseling.In the counseling process included document verification and seat allotment based on preference and rank. Candidate must have completed 10+2 or equivalent with physics chemistry,and mathematics, securing at least 60% aggregate. The college accepts score from exams like JEE Main,State entrance exam,and also conducts its own entrance test for certain programs and the cuttoff for this field is minimum 72 in state board exam it may vary so please check on official website. I applied for many colleges in anand vidhyanagar such as Gcet Bbit etc. But my first priority was G.H Patel college of Technology As this college was very popular for its education and faculties that are currently providing their teaching in this college. I didn't got rejected in any other college which i have applied for but as G.H. Patel College Of Engineering And Technology was my first preference So I applied for admission in G.H.Patel College Of Engineering And Technology. The cutoffs for the admission was at at intermediate level as anyone with average result in their ssc or hsc boards exams can get admission in G.H Patel College Of Engineering And Technology admissions to persue their diploma course or degree in the the engineering field. I did not apply to any other colleges as I wanted to go for Mechatronics engineering and not many colleges in Gujarat provided that course during my admission time. The other option was Parul University which I did not want to go to because of the negative academic reviews of the said university. G H Patel College of Engineering and Technology however, had a good reputation based on their academic and hi-tech practicality which made me surely want to choose this college for my education. The admission process was very easy as I went through the final round of the admission process of ACPC. I was immediately accepted and the paper work and the formalities were carried out by the administration department very smoothly. There were no said external entrance exams for the said course and the result for the 12th board was the only thing that was required.
