Course Curriculum Overview
I choose Computer Science Engineering(CSE) course because in the modern world there is all about technology, so by learning this course, I can show my skills. The faculties of this college are very productive, they teach us well, and also they will clear out doubts as well. Almost all Professors have completed their M.Tech degree and some prof. have completed their Ph.D. There are two mid-sem exams and one end-semester exam per sem. and exam level is challenging.
Placement Experience
After completing 6th sem means 3rd year you are eligible for sitting in the placement. In 2021-22 almost 77% of students of cse are placed. Infosys, Shaligram Infotech, WeblineIndia, Maruti Techlabs, Monarch, and many more companies arrived in our college with good package offers. I want to complete my M.tech in computer science after completing my B.tech.
Fees and Financial Aid
The per year fee of cse department is 1500 rupees because this is a government college, and the hostel staying fee is 2000 per year. and though I have 80% above marks in the 12th board, I can apply for a MYSY scholarship per year.
Campus Life
Yes, there are many events in college such as Navaratri events, days of college, sports days, independence day many more. there is one library in college and you can find many books over there. there is one ground at the back of the campus, where we can play cricket, volleyball, kabaddi, etc. there is one group NSS which helps with awareness among students and they plan various events and development in the culture of the college.
Admission
To get admission into GEC, Patan college, You have to pass 12th in Science stream, You have to get the GUJCET exam. Then you have to register on the ACPC website for admission, there you have to put your choice of college to get admission. after that on the basis of 60% of your 12th board and 40% of your GUJCET score, merit will be declared by ACPC. and on this portal, you will find which college you got selected.
