Likes
- College has very nice atmosphere. Atmosphere of college is very peace, no disturbance of vehicle's volume. College is neat and clean. College is big.
- Faculty are very helpful.Faculties are acts as friendly and calmly. They are very educated. Their teaching style is very easy and easy to understanding. They do submission of all students without any problem.
- College organized very events like sports, hakathons, seminar etc.
Dislikes
- College is very inside to highway so we have many problems to go college. Sometimes water is not available for drinking.
- The bus organized by GSRTC for go for college but, in return bus is not available so we walk 2km for go to highway.
- Stationaries are not near the college. So we get many problems for any xerox, etc.
Course Curriculum Overview
GTU syllabus is not very easy but medium level. It has semester wise syllabus. Two Semesters are included in per year. So one Semester is complete in 6 months. I choose this course because GTU degree is very valuable.
Placement Experience
Our college offered placements. Many companies are visit for placements like Shaligram Infotech, Valens DataLabs Pvt Ltd, TatvaSoft, Infosys etc. This college has a good placement policy. The highest package is 6.5 LPA. Minimum package is 3.2 LPA. About 80-90% student placed within a year. I will get the degree i want to job at best company.
Fees and Financial Aid
I am student of Computer Science Engineering. Government Engineering College, Patan's fees is 1500 rs. Per year. Charge of I-card, Enrollment Number form, GTU exam form, sports, gym, lab fees are around 1525 rs. And PRC fees 300 rs. So total amount of 1st Semester is 3325 rs. Our college provide MYSY scholarship, it's provide amount,50% of the fees per year. And other scholarship is Digital Gujarat, it's provide 10,000 rs. Per year.
Campus Life
My experience with campus life is very best, i am in 1st year student but i very enjoy of campus life. College organized very festivals, skill base competitions, etc. Books, journals ,assignments are available in the library. College organized sports week in February month, very games are included like kabbdi, Kho- Kho, Cricket, etc. Many seniors are organized seminars. This college has best infrastructure.
Admission
I applied other colleges for Computer Science Engineering but my admission is not confirmed due to ACPC rank. Other colleges provides me other branches but my interest is in computer science engineering. So i choose this college and this college is near from home around 45 km. So we easily do updown. This college is best also. The admission process of this college is ACPC through. ACPC rank conduct the result of Board exam and Gujcet exam.
Faculty
Faculties are very educated so they provide very knowledge of their subjects. All faculties are acts to student as a friendly. All faculties has nice relationship with students. I like prof. VCM because he gives many knowledge of Mathematics. And he teach us out of syllabus also. Exam is not tough but medium level. Final exam conduct by GTU. Most students are pass. Faculties check paper very well and give true marks.
Night Life
This college has Library. It is very clean and silent. Gym is helpful for students health and it make fit our body. Library has many knowledgeable books and syllabus books. Many students are reading in Library. It's canteen is also clean.
