Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course cause it provides all the knowledge about Entrepreneurship and family business management from the basics. I think that the faculty-student ratio is not good there are 70 students in the class because of that faculty can't go through every student.

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are average like all other colleges and the average stipend provided is also the same, I am in 2nd year and now our college will provide internship opportunities in good companies like Decathlon, etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for my course are comparable to all other colleges' fees. And there is no hike in my college fees at least in the second year. I didn't get any scholarship or other financial assistance or job and didn't get any stipend.

Campus Life

There are many fests in my college like the RIDE event, Arohan fest, and others, our library has all the books u need in your college. The amenities are basic like every other college. There are many clubs in MIT like photography, trekking, writing, etc.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are all basic which is provided in every other hostel. The meal quality was not that great it was a very oily type of food. The registration process was very easy and streamlined n was not difficult at all. The locality was not great at all.

Hostel Fee: INR 165000 per year

Admission

Eligibility of the college was 50% in your 12th and pass the entrance exam and interview. I found all the info on the university website. I didn't apply for any reservation. I think that there should be a little improvement in the admissions process like website info and messages all that.

The faculty members are highly qualified, approachable, and always willing to help with academic or research projects.

Dislikes

The hostel mess food lacks variety and quality, which is a frequent concern among resident students.
The placement department needs improvement as more core internship and job opportunities could be provided for undergraduate finance and BMS students
There is a lack of student-accessible Wi-Fi facilities across the campus premises, which makes online research difficult during college hours.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) course primarily due to its highly comprehensive coverage of core business aspects specially human resources. The curriculum is well-structured to offer a deep understanding of corporate administration and strategic management, which strongly influenced my decision to enroll. Regarding the examination structure, semester exams are conducted systematically every six months, with internal assessments, assignments, and class presentations spread across the term. The timing is generally manageable, and the difficulty level ranges from moderate to high, effectively testing a student's analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities rather than just memory recall.

A perfect blend of learning and industry exposure.

Likes

The faculty is extremely experienced and provides valuable industry perspective.
The campus is modern and equipped with smart classrooms, media, labs, studios and an excellent library.
The placement cell is very helpful and active, getting students placed with firm.

Dislikes

The hostel is not good so providing variety in food.
sometimes coordination between department can be smoother.
The course is a bit on the expensive side when it comes to fees.

Best College with Loving Memories

Admission:

The admission process is easy in my college. Students do not have to appear for any Entrance examination. For Taking admission in B.M.S course, students should get minimum45% marks and reserved category students should get 40% marks in Xll Standard.

MIT-WPU: Nurturing Talent and Innovation

During my research for chosing my college I got to know MIT WPU is better in many ways from the other college i was getting addmision in . First, The fees of MIT WPU were less compare to KJ Somaya Mumbai , Second I got to know from seniors that MIT has well qualified faculty members and also its very diciplined college , Third The Placements of MIT WPU were having a good record than other colleges . Yes I got rejected in many colleges The main reason behind them was my percentile . I got 91 percentile in my MHTCET and the colleges i filled form were closing at 97-98 percentile . So i was not able to make into them The Admmision process of MIT WPU is quite simple . You have to fill the form from there official website there they ask each and every detail like your percentile in different exams and all . Then if you fit in there criteria you get a official mail that you have been selected for the specific course . Pune's Best Private College

I have applied to many collges and some colleges where i have got confirmed admission is G.H. Raisoni Jalgaon, KIIT (bhubhaneshwar), Pessat(bangalore). I choose MIT WPU over other colleges because of the knowledge which i would gain here. The placemnet here is quite good. I have got a lot of experience here. The training sessions here are quite nice which re not in other colleges. Also there is lot of oppurtunites for students here. Some colleges such as RVCE and DSCE in bangalore have rejected me because i couldn't clear their cutoff Admission in my college is on the basis of JEE results and MHT-CET results. The college is not mentioned in CET cap rounds as the students have to apple separately for the college through its website. Cutoff for JEE C.S.E is 91 percentile while for MHT-CET is 94 percentile...Read More
