Course Curriculum Overview

My first preference was CSE. I didn't get that branch so I chose IT. As per my knowledge, there are 1400 students and 300 faculty. There are two mid-term exams followed by a semester exam. The level of this exam is medium or moderate to pass.

Placement Experience

I think from 3-2 students become eligible for placements. There are companies like infosys tcs wipro etc that have visited our college and the highest package touches 48lpa. You can find more info about in cvr website. A good Percentage of students are getting places. My plans after my degree are to pursue my master's in Abroad

Fees and Financial Aid

Those who get rank below 10,000 and have met the necessary conditions can avail of a government scholarship for full-fee reimbursement. And those who get above 10,000 and meet the necessary conditions get a scholarship of 35,000. Jntuh fee is 9,500

Campus Life

College life is average to good. There are fewer fests in the college. CIENCIA is an annual fest but unfortunately didn't happen this year 2k23. There are some clubs in the college like LDC, kalakrithi, rangmanch etc. There is a library open from 9 am to 6 pm and has academic and other books to read. Classrooms have a projector good ventilation and good lighting and a structured building. There is a big cricket ground where intercollege competitions happen hosted by CVR college. There are two foot ball grounds big and small grounds. There are 4 volley ball courts and one basket ball court. Indoor sports include basic sports like carrom chess and table tennis.

Admission

I appeared for ts eamcet examination. We have to apply for this exam and check for the notification on tseamcet website. I secured a 7350 rank in the examination. After getting results we have to participate in eamcet counselling. The cutoff for Information technology went up to around 7.8k. Specify the caste and any disability if there. Admission can be done to this college by donation too. the donation cost for IT costs around 5,00,000 rupees.

Placement Experience:

From 3 -1 only students become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited for our college was Jpmorgan,google,microsoft,Infosys capgemini tcs etc.. The highest package in our college was 54 lpa from Microsoft and average packages were 5-10lpa the percentage of getting placements by students is 75% and my plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement in a MNC's.

My campus life and experience

Placement Experience:

Until know i got some info among the placements and internships is that yes, this college is providing campus placements good as some of the recent companies were Infosys, Capgemini,and other companies drive has been conducted in the college for the 4rth years. So the placements are good here no worrys too. But the LPA is less a bit like in the past years as the software industry is getting more hard to get jobs.

There are many companies costing the campus for recruitement like Accenture ,Infosys , keka , Accenture , infor etc and many other startup . They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed

See yes during my EAPCET councelling I don't know about this cvr college of engineering, its infrastructure, greenary , courses , placements .
