Course Curriculum Overview

As I was allotted with the Electronics and communication and now I am in the 2nd year the course which is offered by the college are great and coming to the faculty they are well experienced and we'll knowledge.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 46000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The internship will be suggested by the college itself and with respect to our course and provides a great hands-on experience. And like Cisco, Microsoft, Amazon, and so on company internships are offered.

Placement Experience

Coming to the campus there is no problem with placement because the college ranks 6th all over the state so many MNCs come for placement. If doesn't get placed also we make jobs with the knowledge given by the college.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee taken by the college is very less compared to the other college and the major fee is paided to the kea department. the scholarships are suggested by the college itself so their is no issue with it and those are financially support.

Campus Life

The campus is somewhat old but it provides a great environment for the students .and coming to the club there many clubs are operated by the college like robotics, force ikshavaku and so on which is hands-on experience in the core subjects.

Admission

It was nice, admission was through kcet exam which is conducted by the Karnataka govt. document verification is conducted by kea after results, after that counseling is done cutoff for the ECE department is mostly under 10000 for general merit.

Placement Experience:

students can be eligible for placements from 3rd year only, many companies have visited the college like TATA,Accenture and many other.The highest package for this year is about 19 lakhs , average package is about 3 lakhs,talking about the percentage our college has 77% of the college placements, i am planning to pursue higher education after my graduation

Life at IIT Dharwad - What to expect

Placement Experience:

At IIT Dharwad, students become eligible for campus placements right after their 7th semester(i.e. after the start of 4th year) and during their 3rd year, students also have opportunities to sit for internships which can later convert to PPOs. The companies that have visited our campus are Adobe, Amazon, Texas, TCS, wipro etc. The highest CTC offered was 55LPA and average package for CSE is 18-20LPA, and for the core branches is around 10-15LPA. In CSE more than 93% of the students got placed and many of other students opted for higher studies . In the core branches the placement percentage was around 85-88%. After My degree, I plan to go for a Software Engineer role.

"BIET Davanagere: A Hub of Opportunities with Room for Improvement"

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.

IIT Dharwad Pros and Cons

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in college . Highest package was 52 lpa in 2024 and average was 9-10 lpa. But the percentage was very less in 2024 because of recession and negligence of placement cell and their bad decisions.

I came to nie through kcet. Kcet application can be found in the website of kea. I availed rural quota. So the first round cutoff was around 9201 for information science. Honest review of The national institute of engineering

I got admission in this college from entrance exam named comedk it is conducted all over India. In comedk questions will b asked on 12th phy chem and maths. Overall the college is good

I got seat via KCET. KCET is held once a year . It's engineering entrance exam for colleges in Karnataka. After the exam there will be counseling and usually the cutoff for NIE Mysore CSE and ISE is around 5k to 6k .
