What Students Say

Likes

Sports and games and other clubs like cultural. The class rooms and labs.
Teachers as they are friendly and caring.
Ground we have wast ground and good infrastructure.

Dislikes

Strict rules and regulations. As the rules of the college is some what strict.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because computer science and engineering have a bright future in future. The faculty which is training us are very well trained and friendly to share their knowledge with us. The qualification of our faculty is a minimum master's and most of them are PhD scholars.

Internships Opportunities

We have some companies which provide internships for student skill development. We have some companies to mould the students to get placed in good companies and get good communication skills to excel in their respective courses.

Placement Experience

For 3rd year students are eligible to participate in the placement examination. There are many companies which provide jobs for us like Amazon, Microsoft etc. The average package of the college as per the latest records is 5.5 lakhs per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is somewhat not good for the middle class and poor families. It is a college which provides all the facilities for the students. My financial assistance is I'll get a scholarship from the government of Telangana.

Campus Life

We have many fests that give more enthusiasm to the students. It'll give refreshments to the minds of students. Cvr library is one of the best libraries I've ever seen. It provides all types of books to students and teachers.

Admission

The application process is very cool and transparent. I've got selected through ts eamcet and secured a CSE course in the college. I've been selected in the reservation quota of sports and fame. So the overall application process is very good.

I will rate my curriculum 2.5 out of 5 stars.The syllabus covers the core subjects very well but it follows the old tradition with limited industry visits,It can be improved by adding more focusing on real world applications

Placement Experience:

From 3 -1 only students become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited for our college was Jpmorgan,google,microsoft,Infosys capgemini tcs etc.. The highest package in our college was 54 lpa from Microsoft and average packages were 5-10lpa the percentage of getting placements by students is 75% and my plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement in a MNC's.

Placement Experience:

My campus life and experience

Placement Experience:

Until know i got some info among the placements and internships is that yes, this college is providing campus placements good as some of the recent companies were Infosys, Capgemini,and other companies drive has been conducted in the college for the 4rth years. So the placements are good here no worrys too. But the LPA is less a bit like in the past years as the software industry is getting more hard to get jobs.

There are many companies costing the campus for recruitement like Accenture ,Infosys , keka , Accenture , infor etc and many other startup . They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed

See yes during my EAPCET councelling I don't know about this cvr college of engineering, its infrastructure, greenary , courses , placements . Were the first college is got is geetanjali college of engineering, but almost after such research I saw that it is not better than cvr college so for the second round i changes and make it to cvr .
