not much to explore and travel since few places to visit in sindri
the summers here are rough and would recommend everyone to bring their table fans
long distance between 1st year hostels and lecture halls

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose electrical because it is a circuital branch and has good placements in our college. There are about 600 students in the first year and approx. 100 professors. The faculty are generally Ph.D. holders or Ph.D. pursuing professors, and assistant professors are master's holders. The term exams are not very timely, it is not too difficult to pass as long as you study 2 weeks before exams, but study well as you can never be too sure.

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 15000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are good internships under the Tata group for the core. I haven't sat for any internships yet as I am still a first-year student but there are generally good stipends for internships. I would update the project and outcome details later according to my experience.

Placement Experience

6th-semester students are provided scholarships. 16 lpa for electrical highest by havells, 10 lpa average for the same branch. on average 90% of students get placed. I plan to get a good placement after the degree if I have continued interest in core or switch to the core if my interest shifts.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee hike is almost non-existent, and the cost to study is nominal with only approx 2.5 lacs for the 4 years of college if you add the mess fees. You can apply for scholarships by yourself, many of my friends including me are benefitting from one scholarship or another.

Campus Life

Recently there was the tech Mahotsav which was a tech fest, there is a cul fest but I have not experienced it. The library is okay, most of the books are available. Basic amenities are present with the addition of a digital board. There are various inter and Intra-branch tournaments that are held after 1st year. There are many clubs and societies for students run by students which particularly make college life more enjoyable.

Hostel Facilities

The fan, bed, study table, cupboard, tube lights x3, chairs, sockets. The meal of my hostel is good but the same is not true for all. For registration after admission, you just have to pay the hostel and mess fees and set up your room, the hostel is very affordable with a 2500 annual electricity bill, a 7000 annual hostel maintenance fee, 4000 mess fee monthly.

Admission

Eligibility - Intermediate with 75% marks in 12th. The application form is available JCECEB official website, 2000Rs application fee, application usually starts after JEE Advanced. The UI of the JCECEB website can be improved.

BIT : A Freshman's Perspective

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to sit for placements from the 7th semester.A variety of companies including TATA Steel, JSL, JPL, Samsung, TCS and ABG visit the campus.The highest package offered is to Mining branch by vedanta which is 16.5 lpa.In core branches like mechanical and electrical the placement percentage reaches to almost 80%.

Beyond the Brochures: Fun Days at BIT

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of our college is quite active and provides internship opportunities and pre-placement offers for students in their third and fourth years. It invites reputed companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Accenture, IBM, Intel, Infosys, Cognizant, Deloitte, and many more. The average package is about 12LPA and highest package is about 52 LPA. Branches like CSE offer even higher, lucrative packges.

A Genuine Review

Placement Experience:

From 5th Semester onwards student are eligible for internship but from 7th semester they are allowed to sit in campus. Various companies like PayPal, Wipro , cognizant ,TCS ,Genpact ,Amdocs etc. Highest Package this year is 35 lpa and Average Package is around 7.5 lpa. Around 90% of students from circuital branch and around 80% students from non-circuital branch has been placed so far this year. My plan is prepare very smartly for campus placements and bag a very good PPO from are tech based company.

The Underrated NIAMT

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible after 6th semester for placement drive. Companies visited are Vedanta, JSW, Mahinda, L&T, Ashok Leyland etc and 95% of students are placed till and still few companies are yet to come. Heighest package offered was by Vedanta of 13.95LPA while lowest was from an ADC Company of 3LPA which makes the median package around 8LPA for metallurgy branch and 7LPA for Mechanical. Every year around 98% of students get placed ( Rest 2% either opt out or any seruius indisciplinary issue ) Planning to get a job first then along with preparation of GATE for PSU.

Is Arka jain University right fit for you

Placement Experience:

on every occasion they will charge the students, there is no good placement, every year they increase the exam fee, students are not regular its poor then government colleges just pay penalty and your attention will be full, its like correspondence course they are running huge but and regular power cuts unhealthy canteens, political motivated administration and management. There expenditure in infrastructure is huge which is best for love birds its like park or garden. Overall all not dedicated to education.

A two years review of Central University of Jharkhand

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculise fully designed on national education policy 2020. Focuses more on extracurricular activities than core subjects. Because reply is designed on the basis of UGC guidelines which is a good thing for different competitive exams that are design by UGC. I will say semesters are to short that all till now my all four semesters has been glitter in about 4 months each that should be of duration of 6 months.

I could have gotten admitted in NIFFT Ranchi and by the 2k24 cut offs I could have gotten BIT mesra Chemical alonwith a plethora of colleges on AKTU or MPDTE counclling.I also qualifies CUET with a decent rank enough to secure a college in the DU south campus. The primary reason I chose this college was the Return on investment.Even withot any fees waiver the entire fee here is close to 4 lakhs for a span of 4 years which is very low compared to the average package of the college.Als the branch Mechanical has a decent scope in the GATE exams. First of all this college is only for the students of Jharkhand.If you wanna get admitted here and belong to the general category you need a percentile from 87 to 94.5.If you are from other categores the cutoff goes even lower.The admission process is quite simple.You fill a form which will ask you for a security deposit of 5000 on the jcece website.After this you will be eleigibke to do choice filling.You will be alloted a branch based of your rank and choice.Forgetting admission you will have to vsit the college annd submit all your documents.You can upgrade your branch in the later rounds.There are 3 rounds and 2 special rounds....Read More
